Sad thing is, the food is good. They have no idea they are in an airport. None. Make sure you have plenty of time before ordering. They are more interested in hanging out and talking with each other rather than serving food at an airport. I get that it is a thankless job, but you could make a huge impact on helping people get through their day, especially at the prices they charge. Terminal B is the worst location at LaGuardia so be aware.

Food was good! I had the goat cheese bruschetta — delish. Wine was typical airport price and quality but the service was excellent! Vinny and Irvin were the best!

I have never had such an impersonal dining experience, completely devoid of service. ZERO human interaction after I was directed to my table and told to order using a QR code. No water, no refills, no follow-ups. They dropped off my beverage and later my food with a package of plasticware and one napkin but didn't otherwise acknowledge my existence or seem remotely concerned with my experience. The staff stood around on their phones and provided zero service. Food was fair and reasonably fast, but I'd not mess with them again.

The worst eating experience of my vacation!! They have you pay before receiving your food or service when its a sit down restaurant. The waitress had no knowledge of the menu and was very rude when asked about the menu items. The food came and was burnt and did not have the toppings as described on menu. When speaking to manager, we requested our tip back from the waitress since she was so rude, his reply was that we could receive a bottle of water. I will NEVER come back here again!

Service was fine but prices do not reflect the food. Meals are served on an imitation ceramic plate (plastic) with plastic silverware. My burger was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price.

Quite possibly the worst meal I have ate in my 50 years. Overpriced and very low quality food. Fast food style you order on your phone. Staff is rude and food is far from fresh or any kind of quality.

It should be noted there are no refills on drinks, you must purchase another drink, but good luck getting g a drink, the ENTIRE staff will be busy on their phones, as documented by this picture. Eat anywhere else, other than here.

A few weeks ago, I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an airport. The waiters treated me wonderfully, but everything else was horrible. I had an issue with my food because they brought me a dish without the preparation instructions I had requested. The waiter mentioned he would call his manager to address the problem, and I never imagined I would feel so attacked, disrespected, and even discriminated against by someone at an airport in the United States, especially by a manager of such a place. A tall, robust man with glasses approached me with an aggressive and angry tone, telling me that it was my fault because that was what was shown on their screen, without offering me any other solution. This is unacceptable. He didn't even give me a chance to show my receipt or provide any explanation. I got up and left the dish served there, a dish I had already paid for. PLEASE do not pay at such an expensive place to be treated as if they were giving you things for free. I wish I never had to experience something like this. It's better to look for another option or endure hunger.,??????????

I stopped in last night (May 28) for a simple run and coke before boarding. I was shown the price would be $16.00. I was not surprised. BUT, I returned home to find that I was charged 30.00!!!!! What the hell?!???

I unfortunatelywas present to witness a highly uncomfortable conversation between a manager and some patrons/a staff at this location. I first off, encountered a manager, who was a woman at the time brunette hair. She was speaking extremely disrespectfully and harshly to a employee at flat iron market, her tone and demeanor were highly unprofessional, and the conversation took place in the middle of the restaurant. This was not the right place to have a conversation about one’s performance. And the manner in which she was speaking to him was highly, rude and aggressive. After this conversation took place between the manager and the staff another patron who viewed the event approach this manager, and told her about how her actions were disrespectful and highly inappropriate. In response, this manager ended up arguing and getting loud and also aggressive with the patron. Viewing this situation was highly uncomfortable and made me and the party of clients I was with very uneasy. I do not believe I will be returning after seeing the entire event unfold.
