Expensive for no reason. And not good? How do you get breakfast wrong? Not sure why I conceded and came here. You also have to type in your card information, which is insane for an in-person restaurant.
Omg the wings are soooooo good! It's an airport restaurant so I wasn't expecting much but omg I kinda wanna book a flight just to go to LGA to have these wings. They're really good! I wish they had locations outside of the airport
Even for an airport, the price for the size of the salmon portion was ridiculous. I'd be embarrassed to serve such a small piece of fish for $36.99.
At least it was cooked to order and hot.
Between the salmon, margarita, and tip, the entire dinner was $80. Crazy!!
Pizza here is terrible. They are inconsistent and sometimes raw crust and other times dark. Always tastes of quick rise yeast. No thank you.
The guy that made my pancake was really nice and friendly and the strawberry he put on top of my pancake was cut in a cool way.
Herb and gruyere omelet was perfect. Coffee was dark and hot - also perfect. I'm a former New Yorker passing through; seeing LGA as a traveler versus a resident is pretty cool. If you're in the high-number Delta gate area, make this a stop.
A few things for the 2 stars review:
1- I was looking at the menu to order and got a phone call (it lasted 5 minutes). The server came to take my order doing mimic so I could tell her what I wanted while I was on the phone. I did the sign to please give me a minute, and she just stood there until I hung up. Disrespectuful.
2- She got me the wrong order. I didn't complain because I was in a rush.
3- She charged me with a tip even before they brought the food to the table.
4- I asked for the receipt, she said no printed receipt but sent it through email. I got aan email from them right away so I thought it was the receipt, but later when I opened the email it was just a message saying that they opened a tab with my credit card.
Not going back.
Not a fan
Coffee order was wrong, poached eggs were hard, order took over 20 min to arrive in an empty restaurant, next to no help. Why would someone pay for this?
Had an excellent Margarita pizza and superb meatballs. Service was very attentive. Solid Old Fashioned to cap it off.

Nima and Vinny were so kind and hospitable. There were others present, I didn’t get their names, but I didn’t get a single bad vibe from anyone behind the counter.
They were honest with their inventory: I ask “do you have any white wine that speaks French?” “Unfortunately, no” “what about one that speaks Italian?” And they were quick with a lovely Pinot Grigio.
It’s an airport, yall. It ain’t gonna be a 5 star michelin experience, but compared to other OTG serviced airports I’ve been to, I’d give these guys 6 stars if I could.
I must have lucked out because the food and service were both top notch. I had the meatball sub (I ordered without cheese, so don't judge that in the picture) and salad and it was lovely. The bread was fresh and had a good crust without being a risk to the roof of my mouth. The meatballs were tender and well seasoned and did not appear to be from a bag. The sauce was reported to be scratch made and I believe it. Lastly, the salad was very fresh, dressing nicely balanced, and the tomatoes were perfectly sweet.
My bartender was friendly, attentive, gave good advice, and was never pushy or abrasive. He was also quintessentially a New Yorker in the best possible way.
Had the best experience at the airport bar thanks to Irvin and Vinny! These two are seriously awesome—super friendly and made me feel right at home after a long day of traveling. Irvin was spot on with the drink recommendations and made sure everything was perfect, while Vinny kept checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. They really went above and beyond, and it’s not every day you get such great service in an airport bar. If you’re ever there, don’t miss the chance to be served by them!
Flat Iron Tavern was a great spot to wait before boarding g my flight to Chicago. Gisella and Pedro gave especially great service, accommodating my special requests and the food was super tasty.
Very slow service. They don’t have tap to pay or an insert reader you have to enter your CC by hand into a nasty iPad and pay and tip prior to receiving service or food.
$24 dollar burger and fries marginal.
