The staff is incredibly friendly and exceptionally attentive. Alejandra, in particular, was exceptionally warm, and her recommendations were spot on. I'm definitely looking forward to going back!

Ignores people when they walk in and takes whoever’s order they want. You can do that sure but when your food is nothing to write home about than you’re really messing up.

I was recommended this place by a friend whose a local. I ordered a few bagel sandwiches and french toast. The bagels sandwiches were good but the french toast was not.

Get breakfast here about once a week because my wife likes the coffee and Jerusalem is closed on Saturdays and a Dunkin is well, crap. Bagels are good. Among the best I’ve had. Possibly better than Jerusalem but again, they’re a little more $.
Usually order the BEC. Way overpriced compared to other places in the area. Almost $8 for a breakfast BEC on a roll is nuts. That’s like deli sandwich pricing. As I said, Bagels are good, spreads sometimes look old, like no one’s gotten any lately, gets a little discolored on top. But don’t worry, they’ll mix that top in with the rest. Cinnamon cream cheese definitely needs more cinnamon, bland.
Decided to give the hamburger a try as I got home from work early and had to hit the bank on the corner. DO NOT get the burger! Walk across the street to the burger spot! Basically the same price and a much better burger. This one was like the dozen burgers in a box for $6 you get at Costco. No taste. Hockey puck like. Can tell it was prefrozen. If I didn’t actually see it cooked on the grill I’d think they microwaved it. It was that bad. For $9!

We ordered bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches and a French toast for delivery. Although delivery arrived fast enough, food was terrible. French toast was three peaces of white toast with nothing on the side, had no flavor to it. They did not honor (read as ignored) our special instructions, all we asked for was some mayo and ketchup on the sandwiches. Will never order from this place again and would not recommend!

Food was okay, average service but terrible staff, a gentleman came asking for something and they made fun of him. Felt like they were racist towards him, not sure. Poor guy. They need to hire new people or educate them on customer service and kindness towards others.

everytime i order no utensils as if i carry a fork with me. and then clearly don't read the comments. never adds condiments. 1 star ?

Manager sucks was very very bad and disrespectful to me and my grandson (black) told what I wanted but stopped talking to me when one of his own peoples came in that skipped and got free food and after paid me no mind as if I didn't exist I always buy from this place but not with him around but after the disrespectful racist crap he pulled I'm good
