Bad customer service!!! I am a frequent repeat customer but will not be giving them anymore business. Placed an order on 4/7 at 3pm and and the girl behind the counter at the sushi spot did not want to work, refused to want to fill my request despite my almost $200 purchase, and was extremely rude.

I had ordered online ahead of time and there seems to be some operational issues here. It looks like from a staffing perspective there's a young girl at the register, a delivery man and the chefs behind the counter making the sushi. They were out of the drinks i ordered on uber eats so they kindly supplemented it with more cans of soda which was okay but please check your inventory in the future so it aligns with what's listed online. The food was good, the kani salad was generously big for the price but i didn't like the packaging in the sushi roll box, it was pouring off the plate when i opened it. It also was quite dry of the right sauce. Overall the sushi roll was actually very good! I think there's room for a lot of improvement here.

No offense to the owners but the food is trash, horrible, feels like they just married all the flavors in the to go container and sent it out. Atmosphere is meh, yall can keep the place cleaner. Get a better Sheff. No idea why Kosher Chinese is always blahhh.. Never buying food here again.

I love going here. Best kosher sushi in the area at the price point. Takeout is great here but the actual restaurant itself is great also to eat in. Has a great cozy feel with a unique ambiance.

I’ve tried so many sushi spots and Fortune Sushi doesn’t compare to any of them. Always freshly made sushi right in front of your eyes, the chefs are professionals and the workers are friendly. Best sushi hands down.

Went on Memorial Day but they weren't taking sushi orders only Chinese food. Go figure a place with Sushi in its name that doesn't sell sushi all the time.

Honestly, the food was good but the service was horrible. I ordered online at 8:45 from the place and it said that my food was going to be delivered between 9:15-9:25 pm. I called them once and they said that they needed 20 minutes. Then I called them 3 more times and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. This was my last time ordering from this place, if you have good food, you can at the least have good customer service.
