Very over priced, The food was average, and the portions are very small. All the things aside, One of the servers was extremely rude, I hope the owner take action to this matter. Will not recommend to anyone!

The Coconut Hot Pot was a delightful tropical sensation. The coconut-infused broth delivered a smooth and inviting base for the hot pot experience. Tender meats and fresh vegetables immersed in the coconut goodness created a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. The subtle hint of coconut sweetness enhanced the overall taste. While I thoroughly enjoyed this unique twist on the traditional hot pot, a slightly bolder coconut flavor would have elevated it even further. Nevertheless, it was a refreshing and satisfying hot pot that transported me to a tropical paradise with each bite.

The chicken in the hotpot was tender and the soup had a delicious flavor. It's a good option for those looking for a non-spicy and healthier hotpot alternative. One interesting thing about this place is that the soup is actually tasty enough to drink. Overall, if you're a fan of hotpot and want to try something different, I would recommend giving Coconut Chicken Hotpot Restaurant a try. It's a decent spot to satisfy your hotpot cravings and enjoy a flavorful meal.

I have very mixed feelings about Four Coconuts.Food: The food is average compared to competition that exists just down the street at Coco Hotpot. The chicken broth by industry standards is flavored with coconut water. Here is the thing, they usually add four coconuts to the broth. That's why they are called four coconuts. But for our soup, they only added two. I kept thinking if these coconuts were somehow larger than some other ones, but even so... if you name your restaurant four coconuts, you better add four coconuts to your soup! The chicken was decent, but it could have used more marinating. They also gave less cuts of dark meat compared to other restaurants. You can get more dark meat cuts, which many Chinese prefer, but you have to pay around $4.00 more. Also, the veggie platter didn't include noodles, which is also pretty standard. That cost another $5.00 for us. The sausage and preserved meat claypot rice was good. It could have used more sauce but that's easy remedied by soy sauce at the table. There is no sauce station, but each table gets small jars of soy sauce, green and red chilli peppers, minced garlic, and fried garlic. Left full from food. Ok satisfied. 4/5Service: they need some management on site.We werent greeted. There were four waiters just waiting at the service counter near the casher on their cellphones. Wife and I waited at the door until we finally had to call them over to seat us. It would be like this most of the night. No one told us that the menu was on QR codes. The waiters did serve our food relatively quickly though, but then asked us to pay the bill in the middle of our meal around 11am before the night shift started. Why? They wanted credit for their tips before the next shift started. Once we paid, all four waiters just went back to their cellphones behind the counter for the rest of the night, not paying attention to the only three tables at the restaurant unless called for. One of the waiters actually took out the tip bag for their shifts and started counting up the tips at the counter where customers could see. 2/5Ambience: the look of the place is fine. Not amazing but also not run down. They play early 2010 chinese pop music. One of the waiters kept changing the songs in the middle multiple times during our visit. Just kinda weird and jarring. 3/5This restaurant from what I can see is on life support. First they are on the 2nd floor corner inside of the Hyatt place center with a bunch of other high traffic restaurants. No one is going to notice the restaurant. Second, no management on site. The restaurant stays open until 6am, and it was Saturday of Memorial day weekend. We were there at 10:00pm and there were only 2 other tables. The waiters are poorly trained. The prices are comparable with the same type of cuisine at two other restaurants in the Flushing area, with one of them Coco Hotpot down the street. This restaurant is not bad if Coco Hotpot is too packed to serve you, but chances are it won't be the case. I am rooting for this restaurant to turn itself around in order to thrive.
