I ordered fries on my break and I’m waiting 28 minutes and then I get my fries which are not salted and half of them aren’t even cooked. For 8 dollars I was already back at my job when I opened the bag. Also the ice tea was horrendous tasted like dirty

The only thing this place has going for it IMO are the views and the draft beer. Their burgers are not for me but they do have other good options.Walking around there at night is interesting. One of the few places in the city u feel safe at night. However, there is a man watching YouTube videos by the benches until 4 am everyday. (Is this u frank?) wearing a blue frank Otto shirt with big headphones. A stocky, white fellow.This bench area that use to be public apparently is not anymore. This “night patrol” guy picks and chooses who’s allowed to just sit in the benches at night and look at the water. I observed him and there isn’t any ryhme or reason to who he harasses about not sitting there.That always left a bad taste and can’t recommend this place because of it.

I ordered fries at this place and the young girl at the counter and the young boy were extremely nice. My problem was with the chef. Someone accidentally took my fries which was no problem. The boy working said he will ask for a new batch to be made for me. The chef told the boy to tell me to pay for more fries because he didn’t want to “‘make a batch for free”. I never received my first fry so that request was extremely ridiculous. Thankfully the nice girl at the counter called the manager to tell the chef I didn’t need to pay for them and to just make them. As someone who’s worked in food service I’ve never once made a costumer pay extra cause I gave the wrong order to someone else that makes no sense.

PLEASE bring back the 80s music that was always blasting at the business before yours. It made the whole atmosphere on the waterfront lively, everyone loved it. Thr current music played is a total turn off (except for recent holiday music) amd ruins the atmosphere.

Placed an order for pickup via Seamless before 5:15. They accepted my order and everything. When it was “ready” the employee said they’re closed despite it being 5:25 and their listing says they’re open until 6pm. Man said the kitchen closes at 5:15 since they close at 5:30 but why accept my order?Please tell your employees since they’re not aware that there’s an option on their Seamless tablet that the store is closed so they don’t receive/accept more orders.
If you didn't know already, the Ottomanellis run an OG butcher shop in Queens. Stick with the burgers and the fries, and you're good. Definitely one of the better burgers in town, especially at this price range. Don't bother with the chicken tenders or any of the other menu fillers. That's like ordering fish at a steakhouse.Service can be inconsistent and slow. I've had orders take anywhere between 5 and 40 minutes. Usually I'm there to soak up the sunshine and the riverview anyway but plan accordingly if you are on a schedule.

The food isn’t great. Not the worst but not the best. The DJs on weekends get grating however. I want to be able to relax in the park but they blast music that can be heard from far away. It makes the park way less restful than it used to be. Eating nearer to the music is awful - it’s like being at a loud bar.
