Vegan and vegetarian consumers beware. Food was good but I thought this was a standalone vegan restaurant. It's located in a Bodega that serves meat and dairy products. There's a high likelihood of cross-contamination with meat and dairy products.

BEWARE. Do not order through UBEREATS for this restaurant. I cancelled my order immediately because it was going to be delivered to the wrong address. They charged me $16.00 for cancelling literally right after I made the order. My order was only $19.00. So basically I paid for nothing. I was going to make an order with the correct address, however after speaking to UBEREATS and the person from the restaurant. They were unable to give me a refund. The person I spoke to at the restaurant was also rude and demeaning. I was trying to give a local vegan restaurant business but due to my experience I will not be ordering from here ever again. I wanted to give the restaurant a 0 star rating because they need to learn how to speak to their customers.

This is what I got for a Medium size onion rings. Oily af. I made a comment about the amount that was so little, and I got an extremely rude answer from the Spanish guy that cooked it. Honestly, that’s not where I want to spend my money, I’ll never support this business again! Ever again!

Very mixed and definitely feels like a cut all corners get rich quick scheme than a genuine burger place.This is stuff you can pretty much make on your own after a trip to costco but you don't have the time to invest. It's hit and miss with delivery. Sometimes they arrive on time, other times it takes longer than usual and my UberEATS guy is in limbo. Tastewise, it's okay. Nothing groundbreaking. It definitely is sanitary, probably a step higher than burger king, McDonald's, or the corner store Kennedy fried chicken.Overall:+1: for being vegan and delivering in Jamaica+1: burgers are better than alternatives, and price wise it's not that bad considering inflation. We Americans do underpay for a lot of the food we buy.-1: made my Uber guy wait for nearly a half hour, despite claiming a shorter wait time-1: they frequently get something wrong like the type of fries or burger you ordered-1: burgers taste undercooked at times. There is also little effort in variety as the burgers all essentially taste the same with an extra ingredient moved in or out. They pretty much make one type of burger then give it different names depending on what toppings you want. There are vegan restaurants that also sell burgers and sandwiches better than this despite not specializing in burgers. As a cliche as it sounds, these burgers are not made with love.Getting vegan burgers in Jamaica is like trying to get fast internet in a rural area. You're stuck with a few sellers who are aware you don't have any other option. I can't say I won't recommend because vegans don't have a lot of options in the area, but don't expect any guarantees with this place. You may have an order that's incorrect. You will realize you and your friend have the same burgers despite them having different names. And the worst travesty: the onion rings come with no dipping sauce!
