I just had one of THE best NYC sausage egg avocado sandwiches on a roll that I’ve ever had.
It was nothing over the top but it was *just right*
Salt pepper hot sauce and a crispy but soft roll that wasn’t stale. Ripe avocado, not too much or overly filled with ingredients. It was perfect.
