Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

My mother and I have been purchasing soup here for the last six months at least three times out of the week. It’s always a hit! Definitely my go to for some good authentic soup. The taste has been consistent each time. Flavorful and not too thick! God bless the cook and please keep up the great work.

I just left work so I decided to buy a meal . I ordered a today's special - a mac and cheese and barbecue chicken. Well the chicken was hard as stone. I had to throw it in the bin. Waste my money.

I live in Florida, but I visit NY several times per year and I have made it my special treat to myself to visit this particular Golden Crust and have an oxtail dinner. If time allows, I will also have a day of red peas soup. These two dishes are absolutely delicious ?. I haven’t tried anything else so unable to comment on other dishes.

Best jerk on the ROCK!!!Update - visited the location on 8/9/2023 at 4:45 pm. The service went downhill, especially putting the meal together is not the same. Filled up the plate with a bunch of steamed vegetable water. Young lady working need a new position, stay way from putting plate together. I couldn't finish this garbage, chicken taste old too.

Never will enter this nasty restaurant ever I asked for a spinach patty, I seen the employee take the same fork that she used for the beef patty and tell me this is not a vegetarian restaurant so why have vegetables patty then I will never go back there ever again.if I don't eat meat people is not going to tell me they going to pick up the same dirty spoon for my food.nasy restaurants,boy I tell you.

Please update your hours of operation because it’s saying your open today(Sunday) at 10am and I drove all the way here just for you to be closed.

The food at this GOLDEN kRUST ON MOTT AVE IS GREAT. COW FOOT SOUP NICE BUT TOO MUCH SALT.. CURRY GOAT ,OX TAIL , PATTIES STAFF CLEAN FACILITY LOVE IT LOVE IT I AM NOT FROM JAMAICA LOVE THE STAFF
