WORSE GOLDEN KRUST EVER
Today is September 7, 2025. I went to this Linden branch, Cambria at approximately 1pm. I state this so that the owner will know who was on the shift.
I have never in my life encountered such rude and disrespectful women in a business place. When I entered no customer was there. I got a ginger beer and a loaf of hard dough bread. By then a lady came and ordered a patty and I think a soup. I stood at the cashier right in front of the door. There were two women behind the counter so I kept saying a spicy beef please and they ignored me. Two men came in right behind each other. The bigger body woman said who is next and I repeated, a spicy beef please, however, they served the man and started arguing with me because I said I am next and repeated my order. The coolie one took me on how I am the devil and I am coming from church and if I want to fight. I told her that I have never fought in my life. I think the devil was really testing me. I don’t curse but they had a problem with me expressing myself. I told her the customer service was not good. I walked out and a man who got served before me called me back and apologized because he knows that I was there before him. However, the two sketels behind the counter would not stop. I gave one star just so that I could write the review. My friends and family definitely will not be doing business there.
If they are frustrated with their job don’t take it out on the customers. Leave!

The customer service is very poor the workers don't have any manners don't know how to talk to people the bleach out , short, black lip girl in particular . the manger needs to replay the cameras and see what happened in there like around 4:40 pm going to 5 pm very out of order.

Called to complain about curry goat bought on August 20, 2025, evening. Called 11:10pm, a woman answered the phone. I asked her if the food isn’t tested before being sold to customers, as I got a bad meal. The Jamaican woman started arguing with me. No sorry, nothing. She was ready to war and defended herself, telling me I’m looking someone to blame, and of course, hung up on me. My husband is a frequent shopper there when I’m not available during the days. I hope the manager or owner sees this and reprimand same staff. Nasty attitude to be in food service. I don’t need anything else there. I’m certain, my husband will report it as well. Nasty food these days. Such a turn off…

Wrong order. I ordered spinach patty, they gave me veggie and didn’t tell me. Barely any filling they should call it “Empty Crust” or “Wrong Patty”. Wait until you get someone with a food allergy

I always enjoy getting food from here. The food is always fresh. I love there jerk chicken and soup. The patties are always hot and very fresh. The staffs are polite. The place is clean and the prices are very reasonable. This is not a dine in establishment. There is parking available outside.

Me and my boyfriend came in (10:40) and they were sold out of everything and had nasty attitudes.

I recently order small order of rice platains and large porridge the food from ubereats
.it was horrible which was very upsetting the rice taste burnt and smell burnt ,the porridge was watery the plantains was burnt as well waste of money i would never order from here again

Rude teach them be polite, tree times canceled order here because staff see it is ready but thinking they are big boss you nothing

I frequently shop at this store. I used Uber to pay nearly forty dollars for a twenty-five dollar meal. They only sent a very small amount of meat, even though I had sent a personal message asking for a generous portion. It is completely worthless.

Sorry to say this is not the same golden krust of the old days.The patty and coco bread was dry. It taste like it came from a box. also, the coco bread was not freshly bake like the old days.

My husband and I loved the oxtails. Full of flavor and cooked with heart and soul. Very tender! We visited them 3 times in 1 week while celebrating our Anniversary! The Curry Goat is Amazing as well!

Went late about 11p.. lady behind counter not friendly at all!!! Acts like she doesn't want to be there.. the young man was way better with customers.. ordered stew chicken, was actually dry like it was overcooked.

This place has been here for years and the food and service were always good but the current cashier needs to be replaced. She has no manners, she does not know how to speak to customers and quite frankly do not care.

Worst customer service ever ordered 3 mild beef patties and only to get 3 spicy patties not the first time or second time this has happened. The staff does not want to replace the patties at all. No supervisor or manager on site to speak to . This place should be closed down.
