I keep finding small pieces of hair in my soup this is not the first time I will not be buying back there that’s disgusting

Customer service in the morning is very poor. Staff acts like they do not want to be at work. You say “Good morning” and they don’t respond. I ordered small “Ackee and codfish” she have plenty banana and yam, but barely any fish. Then when it was time to pay, I attempted to use Apple Pay (like most paying customers in 2024) but the machine is so far behind the desk it was hard for me to scan my face so I had to go inside of my backpack to get my debit card. I guess this annoyed the female staff member, so she began to yell “Ma’am tap your card, Ma’am tap your card.” So I then tap my card on the top of the machine and it does not work. She now began to yell “At the bottom ma’am, tap at the bottom, move the card down.” Very unprofessional and rude. It’s 2024, people work hard for their $$. If you want customers to continue to patronage your business, change your staff. Or train the current staff on customer service and encourage them to get some rest so they can be ready to service the morning rush! Not coming back here again!

It was so dry ! Very disappointed. Would not come back again. And as usual they never have what I actually wanted. So I had to settle for this and it wasn’t even good.

I ordered ackee and salt fish with one plantain and dumpling. The food was extremely salty. The woman asked me three times if I want dumplings and I told her no but she kept insisting so I told her just give me one (I figured she wanted to get rid of it). I looked away at the menu and she was wrapping my food up when I turned my attention back to her. When I got to my destination she gave me two plantin and threw a little ackee and salt fish on top. This is why she kept insisting on the dumplings so she could give me very little vegetable and fish. I give one start because the place was clean

Service is friendly but the atmosphere around it needs some work. Food is good but could be improved - the jerk chicken is inconsistent. Sometimes really good other times okay.

WASTED 15 mins waiting on line only to find out no mild beef patties. Only spicy. Why there was not a signage let people know.

BOUGHT BROWN STEWED FISH, CURRY CHICKEN WITH RICE & PEAS. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. R&P TASTED LIKE IT WAS TAKEN FROM THE FREEZER AND REHEATED. I CALLED THE STORE AND THE WOMAN WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AFTER I WASTED $32 ON GARBAGE. WISH I COULD'VE GIVEN THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR ? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Planned a trip to one of these GK locations with my family and friends because we don't have it overseas. For a place that is known for their patties, it was shocking to learn that they didn't have most available. It was a real bummer that they didn't even have mac n cheese either.The girls feeling of need to put on an assertive attitude not only set off a bad experience but the fact that we simply asked for a Small Side of Rice & Peas with Jerk Gravy but instead gave us a Large Platter, just killed it for us.They're tactic of manipulating customers to upselling orders that we do not ask for is completely bogus.Save your sanity and go to chipotle across the street. Everything is more worth the horrendous customer service as well as old and unavailable food any day!

On god..if I could give this zero stars I would. This golden Krust right here. I normally go every now and then, service is not always good or the food but I rock with it, but today this experience take the cake so I had to write a review. I ordered a large red pea soup and two beef patty. Mind you they’re not cheap. I didn’t eat until I got home. Soon as I open the soupI smell a strong burn scent.(which is absolutely unacceptable) I was so hungry and I felt really bad so I tried to put a little hot sauce to get rid of the smell. It didn’t work anyways as I continued on still trying to rock with I kept eating burnt residue from like the bottom of the pot ., had not one piece of meat in it only, some big bones and some was burnt. I had to throw it out. This is unacceptable. People work hard for their money and you guys are very expensive and we have to go through that. never again!! I used to go there every now and then I’m not even going back there at all. This is the worst experience ever.

This is my experience at golden krust suptin blv. Ive order 3 porridge repeated myself 3 time to the young lady .she ignore me then decided to csll me name .but what happen to these black duppy in the morning .she is very rude and bad for business she work on tues morning and firday morning owner please look into this .i visit the store every morning for breakfast .need professional people behind the counter

The chicken soup was so spicy, it was burning my lips. You can see the bursted pepper floating in the soup .I was so disappointed. I'm a regular customer and this isn't how you do people.
