Customer service is very bad,the cashier girl who works today needs not to work with the public she's very rude,very nasty,have no manners,don't know how to talk to Customer,she curse me out today just for asking her for a plastic bag because the one she gave me was broken, she did not give me a second bag I had to leave with my duck bread n bulla in the tear bag.I ask for a supervisor she ignore my request instead still cursing me out. She will run Customer away because I won't be spending my hard earned money there again as long as she is there.

The way Jamaican women give you so much attitude for coming in their restaurant must be studied! All that attitude for some basic tasting food just annoyed me! I bought fried chicken and the pieces she gave me are dry as hell been sitting out all day! Food cost too much for this nonsense! Do better!

I am the next customer in line, but it takes an excessive amount of time to get through the customer ahead of me. When it's finally my turn to order beef patties, I am informed that they are out of stock. Despite having two employees, why can't they prioritize taking orders efficiently?

The customer service at this location is terrible the staff are so cold and extremely disrespectful, I would like to know who’s in charge of them, no wonder they have a low rating because they don’t know how to speak to customers at all, whether you’re a good customer or bad customer their service sucks ass !!!!!!!!!!

For perspective, I am from Queens and live in the Bronx. I have ordered from a Bronx location on UberEats the same order and it was delicious the portion sizes were on point.......this was the reason I decided to stop in and place an order......

Terrible food, large oxtail dinner had 5 oxtails and I ate one it was not cooked long enough the meat was extremely tough. Basically, I paid for a large plate of rice and beans. The bun and cheese only had 1/3rd of a piece of cheese, not a whole slice. It was 95% bun. The only thing that was decent was the chicken patty which was the same as the frozen ones in the supermarket, nothing special. Never again!!

People just go to the one at Jamaica Center. This one have no customer service always moving slow like you begging them to serve you. This one need to just close. Can y’all at Jamaica Centre Golden Crust just take over this on please and thanks? Everytime I purchased soup from them is a container of water with oil on the top, I ordered sweet chilli chicken and asked for a little of the sauce the old woman said it’s to keep the chicken. The lilli tun colour one she don’t have nothing name manners Donal Trump need to send her back a fi har yaad. The young lady that look like the old one that cashing she slowly becoming like the others. She just sold me a large soup with two spinners and two piece of chicken the rest of food lost somewhere on the way to the large container. I cannot finish drinking the larger container of oily water. Jamaica people want to support unnu but unnu place sick people stomach now man. Unnu nuh Hab no mannaz unnu fi lock shap ah liffup frah out yah wid unnu horrible awful nasty customer service. All of their meat are swimming in a bucket of oil. If you all don’t believe me go there and see for yourself.

TOTAL DISRESPECT OF CUSTOMERS..CHATTING CHATTING OVER THE FOOD AND ARGUING AMONGST THEMSELVES IN VICINITY OF FOOD FOR A LONG TIME ...THIS IS NOT HEALTHY AND SHOWS DISREGARD OF CUSTOMERS. I asked her to please stop all this talking and serve me and she shouted at me that's its her mouth. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE N RESPECT. DONT GO THERE

This location can learn a few things from the location on parsons. Much nicer staff and move with a little swiftness. The sutphin location has some of the worst customer service ever. It’s usually always bad attitudes in Jamaican restaurants so I expect it, which is sad. I don’t get this disrespectful, unpleasant faces in other races , or Caribbean restaurants (trini, Guyanese , Haitian , etc) Always angry mean rude workers in a JA restaurant…The staff here will just stare at you like you owe them something , always screwing up their face even when you greet them kindly first. Again, I expect it but the food should at least be desirable…The food needs a lot of work. I only get patties at this point . Also the staff needs to learn how to move much faster when the line is out the door. Customer service is a HUGE problem for this location. I’m sure it will continue to be one forever. I will never go here again do not recommend at all! I will go to parsons or Jamaica instead and I’m not even close to those locations as I am the sutphin location, but yes NEVER AGAIN! Disgusting rude behavior is a no no!

I don't know what happened today but the food was very salty today, Ackee & saltfish this is not good for business. This is the first time I had a bad experience with this golden crust. Today is a special day for me and I wanted to start my day off with some good food well today was not it, I could've cooked at home. I'm so disappointed $25 Bucks down the drain. My orders were ackee & sailfish with provisions, calaloo/beans & salt fish with provisions and plaintains

They say you shouldn't trust the food at a Jamaican restaurant unless it comes with a side of attitude. Well, you will get plenty of that here hahahaha.

I called up a lady to see if she had jerk chicken patties and she said “you will be lucky if you could get one”. That is not the way that you talk to people. Her customer service is really really poor. I feel bad for her customers.
