This is By FAR the worst Golden Crust in Queens. I usually don’t do this review thing but I’m so disgusted with this location is ridiculous. The customer service is horrible like a disgrace. As for the food I bought a breakfast meal with fried dumpling only to find a ripped blue pointer finger glove inside my fried dumpling. Servers have a lot of attitude. Renee the Manager is rude combative and has no business in our community. If we don’t come to eat you don’t have a business. Treating customer right is main priority in my book. Never going back ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! Very bad business

I think this is my third review of this restaurant, and each time the stars go down.
The food is definitely not as good as it used to be. The last few times the meats have been dry. The fish is dry. The chicken is dry. The jerk pork is dry. I will definitely be giving this restaurant a break but not even because of the food because of the customer service. You order your food and then you're waiting 15-20 minutes to pay for it, These businesses need to realize that customers have options. When you're rude to your customers. They can go elsewhere.

I ordered a large red peas soup from Merrick Blvd Golden Krust, I was told that it would be ready in 5 minutes so I waited. When I arrived home I realized that they watered and stretched the soup that was also burned. I thought that I was getting freshly made soup when the server asked me to wait. Waste of money and time. I cook it better.

Whenever I'm intown I always make a stop in. The portions are goodand the food is even better, hats off to the chef. Was a bit noisy despite not that many people were in the store, there was not a ounce of smile on any of their faces but hey that won't stop me from coming back!

This store nobody here service very bad. Lotta people here. Phone cashier is very bad service.

Who ever the chief if they need to be fired. The Oxtail should not be so hard and has big nasty fat on it do better.

I know the attitudes I am use to that but when you are gonna suck your teeth and mek up yur face no way am I going to spend my hard earn money with you. Who ever that new girl is, sad to say she needs to be away from customers. 7/8/23 3:00pm The last day I’ll step into tht location. Reminder 2025 still ain’t been back

Numerous times we have gone to this Golden Crust and they didn't have any vegetables. We'll today was the last straw for us. It's 3:00 PM and they don't have any ox tails. Not to mention you stand on the line and when you get up to the counter they inform you. This is the WORST run Golden Crust. Who ever owns this location does not know how to run a business.

Not nice service. 3 starts is a lot. Came for pick-up and it's like if I am a problem. I am trying to get it done. And you knew you couldn't fulfill it and let me drive all the way here. Unacceptable.

The soup here is ice. Cold soup is supposed to be hot. Stop serving soups that are cold. The people coming to buy hot soup.. my goat head was so cold I I was not late and rushing I would have come back with it

I was greeted in from of store by individual who offered Easter bun for sale. This was what I went to store for. I didn’t purchased any of the prepared meals during this visit but everything looked delicious.

I ordered take out and got some fish and sides. I couldn't tell if it the fish were good pieces or not but when I got home, there was practically no fish on the bones. It was fried to almost burnt. I wish I didn't buy it. Most times the fish is good but this is the 2nd time it happened where there was practically no fish at all but mostly dough that falls completely apart with the first bite due to it being over fried. The other sides were just okay. It's hit or miss.
