Why is it so HARD to offer a simple smile or greeting to customers? I don’t understand why customer service is often lacking at Jamaican restaurants. As a Jamaican myself it is extremely disappointing this is what we experience from our own people. The staff was unhelpful and stood around instead of assisting. When I asked for service and the price of an item, I was met with blank stares instead of help. Customer service was poor and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this location.

I’ve always been loyal to Golden krust on 23002 never buy anywhere else I travel to come to you guys. I guess it’s true. What the street saying your guys price are all the control and the food don’t taste the same I have to leave a review and I’m sorry this is not a good one last year the sorrel I pay $15 for it way before that you guys sell that I think it was nine dollars now it’s $25 we all are just trying to survive and you just look at us as a money grabbing how can we be loyal to you guys and you guys not appreciate your customer sorry not sorry it’s time to find a new location and a better restaurant

I really don't like leaving this review but this is the second time I ordered a chicken patty. I came home and took a bite and it was beef. I DO NOT EAT BEEF. I am to exhausted to go back and return it. I am just praying I don't get sick.

Don’t order anything from this restaurant unless you call first and make sure they have it because they won’t cancel it and will not substitute anything, which will result in you taking a loss.

Definitely will not be returning. Went there this morning to buy breakfast festival with okra and salt fish $15. She overcharged me because the festivals came with the okra and salt fish overcharged me for one festival then look at the amount of food they put in the plate for $15 and change definitely do not recommend this place Food doesn’t even taste good we’ll never be going back there. Okra and salt fish swimming with water

I went late so the food taste old, but the man at the register was extremely nice (i forgot his name)and as a jamaican I'm notnuse to that, I went Thursday night Oct 9th.

This is By FAR the worst Golden Crust in Queens. I usually don’t do this review thing but I’m so disgusted with this location is ridiculous. The customer service is horrible like a disgrace. As for the food I bought a breakfast meal with fried dumpling only to find a ripped blue pointer finger glove inside my fried dumpling. Servers have a lot of attitude. Renee the Manager is rude combative and has no business in our community. If we don’t come to eat you don’t have a business. Treating customer right is main priority in my book. Never going back ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! Very bad business
