I ordered a large red peas soup from Merrick Blvd Golden Krust, I was told that it would be ready in 5 minutes so I waited. When I arrived home I realized that they watered and stretched the soup that was also burned. I thought that I was getting freshly made soup when the server asked me to wait. Waste of money and time. I cook it better.
Whenever I'm intown I always make a stop in. The portions are goodand the food is even better, hats off to the chef. Was a bit noisy despite not that many people were in the store, there was not a ounce of smile on any of their faces but hey that won't stop me from coming back!

The food is definitely not as good as it used to be. The last few times the meats have been dry. The fish is dry. The chicken is dry. The jerk pork is dry. I will definitely be giving this restaurant a break but not even because of the food because of the customer service. You order your food and then you're waiting 15-20 minutes to pay for it, These businesses need to realize that...
