I asked for 3 different three options on the menu and was promptly told nope with a smirk, “everything you want we don’t have…” I then asked her what was available and chose a drink from her list. She then told me they only had regular milk. I’ve gone to Gong Cha’s before and I said I know there is a non-dairy option, and she cut me off, saying over and over we only have regular, why don’t you understand! I don’t know why anyone is paying this girl with an attitude because she just pushed me to go to kung fu across the street.

Used to be my favorite place as the pearls would be fresh every time but recently they are chewy and new staff doesn’t make it right compared to before. What a a disappointment. They still make the brown sugar dirty drink well in QCM though with fresh bubbles id wait to go there instead

The staff here are so nice and make great drinks! I just wish there would be a few more staff members. Sometimes there will be a long line with only 1 staff member. I’m not by any means hating on them for taking a long time, I only hope they aren’t too stressed out :(

Order some Hot Pearl Milk Tea. And the hot tea was ice cold. Come on! It is winter, if I order hot drinks. Please make sure is hot! Do the right thing! I don't think I would ever come back here.

This gong cha was exceptional compared to the one at QCM. I walked in and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service, especially this employee named Eric who was at the register. He was super helpful, kind, respectful, and professional that he recommended me a drink that I will be ordering from now on.

So excited to see gong cha open up in the area!! However, the Hispanic kid with glasses at the register was audacious when questions were asked about the menu, and mind you the menu I was looking at was partially blocked by the door that’s wide open. You work in customer service. If a customer asks a question, just answer it, no matter how stupid it may sound to YOU. Freakin tool. The Asian kid that made the drinks was nice.

very upsetting!!! Asked and paid more for pearls, but didn’t get any in my drink! Look at the other drinks i ordered that have pearls in them, which are clearly visible from the outside of the cup, but isn’t visible in mine since i didn’t get any ? you can look at the order sticker too… says i ordered pearls but have none !!
