Always order drink from Gongcha. One of my favourite store in my neighborhood. Drink is delicious as always. Our favourit drink are Bubble Milk Tea and Wintermelon tea [add Coconut Jelly].
The staff here are so nice and make great drinks! I just wish there would be a few more staff members. Sometimes there will be a long line with only 1 staff member. I’m not by any means hating on them for taking a long time, I only hope they aren’t too stressed out :(
This gong cha was exceptional compared to the one at QCM. I walked in and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service, especially this employee named Eric who was at the register. He was super helpful, kind, respectful, and professional that he recommended me a drink that I will be ordering from now on.
