Excellent bubble tea! I always order the green tea or Earl Grey milk tea with no sugar and light ice. Highly recommend!

The milk tea was very good, I tried for several times, every time was good experience. It was just tonight I got a pearl milk tea but the pearl were so hard to chew, and I made a phone call to see if they can make it up, the person who picked the phone call said as I paid cash he can’t do anything about it unless I go back to the store, because he wasn’t in the store, and he didn’t made the milk tea for me.
I have to go back to the store to return it, the funny thing is, the person who made me the milk tea was exactly the same person who picked up the phone call. I got my money back finally, but I still don’t understand why the work stuff there has to pretend that he wasn’t work in the store and trying to skip from the customer complaint.

Absolutely disgusting place. I got a tea recently and it had a hair in it, I don’t normally leave reviews I left it as it was, but after what took place I have to speak up about that as well. Horrible franchise overall but the verbal assault towards an elderly woman was inexcusable. I hope Raymond gets fired because if that’s what you have as a human working at your store it’s disgusting and dirty. Raymond made an extremely racist and unnecessarily comment towards a very elderly woman with a cane. Horrible business.
