I happen to be in the corner of this so called Gourmet Deli. And I decided to get a pastrami sandwich I ordered a hero, when I got home and I opened it up there was ONE fricken slice of pastrami One Slice and they had the audacity to charge me $12.00 for this fricken sandwich if you can call it a sandwich mostly bread. Not to mention that I had to freaking tell the damn lady to help me because she was on the phone so she called some guy from the back who was probably sleeping to come and make the damn sandwich. No wonder the damn place was empty. I should’ve known.

I just love going over to gourmet bagel Deli great service and great food and I love my wheat everything bagels with coffee and the lunch is really good and breakfast too

If I could give 0 stars I would. **NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE**I am new in the neighborhood and was exploring places I could go to on a regular basis. I went in on Aug 17, 2022 (around 3:45 pm) and was looking at the menu. I enquired about an omellete and the guy behind the grill quoted me a price. The chef was helpful and nice as he even asked me what veggies to put in and the cheese option.I decided to dine in and by the time I was done, there was a new person on the cashier and billed me a couple of dollars extra than quoted. I pointed him to the chef. The cashier went to talk to the chef and they both talked softly. I believe the chef told him that he had quoted the said price earlier.When the cashier came back he was extremely rude and told me that I have to pay that higher price. I even asked him to bring the chef here to which he rudely denied. He simply wouldn't listen and kept on insisting me to pay. He was behaving horribly and simply munching his own lunch without any regard to what I was saying.I said if I'm paying a higher price, I'm never coming back. He still said that's fine. In my mind, I thought what an idiot this person is. For a couple of dollars he jeopardized hundreds of dollars for the owner. Anyway, I paid and left with a bad experience.If the owner is reading this, I'd request you to look into it and fire that cashier. All of it can be verified if you've a camera setup - I've mentioned date/time above.I'd also request a full refund for this horrible service. Mention your email here so I can reach out.

They sell expired drinks and snacks.today on March 7th 2022 I went to purchase breakfast and not only did they make my sandwich wrong but when I drunk the soda it had a very funny taste and I look at the bottle and it had been expire for over 3 months and they are still selling
