Just ordered a smoothie at La Guardia airport and paid a $6 supplement for a protein powder scoop. I was expecting a regular scoop, that comes in the tub, only to see the waiter put a small plastic black spoon worth of powder in the blender. I made him notice that this was not acceptable, and he added a 2nd, as small if not smaller spoon. If you pay for an extra you expect to get an actual dose, not a tiny spoon! Do better!
