I ordered 2 slices of pistachio cake through uber eats. Its sooo hard to find pistachio cake in nyc. So few people make them, and not everyone may enjoy the flavor, but it's my absolute favorite. Sooo good, so yummy, and i love that deep green lol...its not pistachio unless it's green in my book😂 (that goes for ice cream too!) I enjoyed the slices so much i came here to write a review and look up the bakery. Looking forward to the next occasion where i can order more pistachio slices.

Absolutely horrible customer service and etiquette. I placed an order a week and a half prior to the event that it was needed for. Upon arriving, I waited, just for someone to say they didn't have the cake...shocker. The cake was in the freezer, not done - all they had to do was write on it and I was waiting an extra fifteen to twenty minutes; I was already there an hour past the time I had set to pick up the cake so it was frustrating that it wasn't done. Brought the cake out, the most hideous writing ever. I paid $85 IN ADVANCE for a cake that was over an hour late.... They said they would be able to fix it within forty-five minutes, I came back, the cake still was not complete. I demanded a refund, a nasty fight broke out after I voiced my frustration several times and this skinny light-skinned girl cursed me out after having the audacity to ask me why I didn't like the writing on the cake. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect at an establishment that was a family staple, or just in general. They were beyond disrespectful and they are wholeheartedly not deserving of any recommendations or service. Really sucks that this happened as we've gone here for over five years or so.

This bakery sold the viral peach and mango ice cream, they are selling them for $8. It visually looked melted and when I bit into it, it tasted like freezer burn.

Ordered online a purple cake with flowers on top, got pink cake with just one flower on top. Like this is the first purchase and so disappointed with that. If they don't have what customer order they can just notify or give a call instead of sending wrong order.. It’s the most basic design and cake for that price.
I stopped going here after the Italians sold the bakery to the Trinidadians, as they were very rude and abrupt. I stopped but recently because I was craving bakery coffee. It did taste the same at it did 6 years ago. I did happen to purchase a cake and I was surprised how good it taste. It was the perfect amount of sweet, and sponge. It was not overbearing. The young lady with braces was very patient and helpful she definitely made the experience better
