Falsely advertised menu, terrible quality. If you like getting what you ordered, look elsewhere

1st time ordering. The Mac and cheese bites were burnt. But the sauce was good. The Mac and cheese had zero flavor, spice, salt and pepper. Very odd for a place that has grilled cheese in its name. We ordered 3 different sandwiches, all of which were okay. Not great for the price we paid.
Food was good customer service not so much! They left out items in the order - when I called they basically called me a liar …. Denying that they left items out - literally said they added the items.
Of all the business ideas to come up with, a grilled cheese restaurant in New York City during the pandemic.. sigh
literally the worst food i’ve ever had, the mac and cheese was green and looked nothing like the photos. i ordered delivery and it took over 2 hours. it smells bad, and it was disgusting. i got the grilled cheese and tomato soup and i expected the grilled cheese to be good since it’s a grilled cheese shop but it was so burnt but also squishy, and the cheese was cold and stretchy. worst food ever in my life.
