The best most cleanest place in new hyde park ! Wow the food is out of this world, ive tried the bowls, the burritos , the salads and everything is absolutely delicious ! I wish they had one around my house ? the food is so fresh and you can taste how homemade it is. 5 stars for sure .

I ate here a few times while my kiddo was at the hospital. The food was always fresh and everyone working there was super friendly. I really appreciated the vegan options and my husband loved the chicken!Vegetarian options: Really anything they make could be vegetarian if you swapped the meat out for the tofu option. The tofu was tasty!Dietary restrictions: They had a pre-planned vegan bowls and could easily swap any ingredient for another as they made them fresh when you ordered. They were careful not to cross contaminate, so it would be easy to keep things gluten free. (I have a kid with celiac, so I am familiar with what is required!)

We tried to order from here and the "app didn't work". Tried again the next day and we wish we didn't. The Quesadilla had no cheese! As in QUESA! And it was burnt. They forgot the GUACAMOLE and the drinks. (we did get reimbursed for the missing items) One of us could not eat the bowl, it was so bad and he actually didn't feel well after eating the little he had. The ChowNow website boasted about "no fees" but there certainly were fees. We spent over $100 and it ended up in the garbage.

So I never do reviews (I know I probably should do more but usually just can’t be bothered) but I have had amazing food and service twice at the Guac Shop - New Hyde Park (I’ve only been twice and both times were amazing). The portions are huge and the food is so good until even though I was full, I couldn’t stop myself from finishing my meal. Today I also treated my co-worker and he felt the same way I do. Very clean, delicious food and excellent customer service..!!Parking: Great parking and designated spots for quick pickup of 10 minutes or less.Wheelchair accessibility: The rear entrance has an incline for wheelchair access from the parking in the rear of the building and the front entrance is level with the ground.
