Shocked that when I cut open a burrito I had from take out that several pieces of chicken inside it were raw. Like still pink and very raw!

I noticed that staff were using the same gloves to handle multiple tasks—like touching the grill, handling boxes, working the cash register, and even adjusting her pants—before serving food. It would be great if gloves could be changed more frequently to ensure cleanliness and food safety. Thank you!

Fraud! I went to pick up an Uber Eats order, and the woman in front (the manager, I assume) just casually takes my phone and googles the restaurant. She clicks 5 stars for everything and then hands the phone back, telling me to write up the review! I just stare back, incredulous, and she takes the phone back and writes up a fake review, right in front of me, clearly having done this many times before.
This was all done without my consent, nor did she even inform me of her intentions when she took my phone. Not only is this fraud, but identity theft, an actual crime, having written up a review in my name!
I decided to let her finish the review, and then later deleted it myself so I could write this REAL review instead.
Beware, I suspect a huge number of the 5 star reviews of this place was written by her, you can tell by the dates the reviews were written... 500+ reviews compared to the <100 reviews for all the other stores in the chain? Plus a new review every few hours compared to every few days for every other restaurant in New York?

Honestly, if you are looking for a really amazing spot to get a halal burrito or Mexican food, Guac Time is literally the best option. I have been coming here at least once every week since I found out about this place and honestly the food is so addicting. The service is great and employees are so welcoming.
