Worst customer service, never ever order food from them. They were talking about the customer when addressing the issue, not a good place to eat.

Service : The employee working at the counter is expert in providing bad service and not interested in the job.
Food: Does it matter when the service is bad ?There are many places charging less than $14 for a rice bowl in the same street.

I would eat here again. My 3 crispy shell tacos gave me a wide range of flavors. A shrimp taco, a pulled chicken taco, and a jerk chicken taco.
I let the food handler hook me up, and boy did she. It was clean. I hear there's another location in Manhattan on 27th Street.

I just ordered through Ubereats and I found a hair in my food! The first bite! This is disgusting and unacceptable. Will definitely be complaining to Health department

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Seerat at Guac Time — she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, her energy was warm and welcoming. She took the time to walk me through the menu, made some great recommendations, and ensured my order was exactly how I wanted it.

You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience. Despite a busy shift, she handled everything with a calm, professional attitude and still managed to smile the whole time. That kind of service makes a place stand out — and honestly, she made my visit 10x better.

If you're ever at Guac Time and Seerat is working, you're in for great service and good vibes.

I did a catering order for my husband’s birthday and all of my guests loved the food. The portions were even more than I anticipated. I was able to send guests home with leftovers and keep some for ourselves. I placed the order on their website and the customer service provided was excellent. They called regarding any questions concerning options that were not available online and the food was prepared exactly by my selected time. I would definitely recommend people to not only eat at this location but to also consider it for their next event. I will definitely be using them again.
