First time eating here. Menu looked delicious. Ordered the octopus and the calamari tapas. I was surprised to get the octopus with sauce (I didn’t see that on the menu)/but it was good, octopus was tender but the potatoes were overcooked. When I got the calamari, I was surprised to see them with sauce BUT it was the same sauce as the octopus. They were good but it made both dishes taste the same. The waiter asked me how things were and I explained about the sauce. At the end of the meal he graciously offered us a glass of wine to apologize for the sauce issue. I thought that was very nice, and good for business. My friends and I lingered and saw great looking dishes coming out of the kitchen. Would I try the restaurant again? Probably yes, but next time I’ll ask how the dish is served.
We went for mothers days to Addictive NYC The new location midtown Manhattan Beautiful place , great selection of wines The service was excellent !! The food was delicious . Just a reminder the menu it’s not only tapas , they have Salmon , pasta , Paella and their Crème Brûlée was amazing We have an amazing time Can’t wait to go back ?
Even though the vegetarian options were limited, I settled for the Caprese Salad (5/10 ) and the Mushroom Flatbread (8/10)...it was topped with too much fresh arugula and would overpower the taste so most of it was uneaten. Loved that the Pasta is made fresh and the Italian Lemon soda was refreshing & tasty.
Tempranillo wine It's a wonderful compliment to the great tasting tapas. The tuna tartar, tomato bread mushroom bread... everything is a taste experience
