Been coming here for a couple years, but just can’t bring myself to go back. Food quality has really gone down since last year. Bread is almost always burnt to hell, portions have gotten smaller? Soups are alright with some bordering on atrociously nasty, also very inconsistent with the soups, last soup I got was so salty I had to throw my order out. Kithy and other egg sandwiches always come either with the bread burnt or the eggs overcooked. Wait times are usually insane, you would’ve thought a restaurant would get itself together and be able to make food consistently and in a timely manner but that is not the case. Sad to say I won’t be coming back here. Best thing to get is a coffee then save yourself the trouble and leave.

Pretty good food but overpriced for what you get. Expect hunger.

Dip the BLT in the Tomato Basil soup and it just makes it taste all good and stuff.

I asked for a chicken over salad (Cesar )waited 30 min starving, the dude comes to me w a hero sandwich I said I asked for a salad he said well I can remove the bread and toss it in a box (wtf!! ) he said our salad comes in sandwich, on top of that I paid 30$ just to toss the other half in the trash food was horrible, and they put pesto sauce in a Cesar salad sandwich which made the food taste horrible

I really like the sandwiches here they taste great but their delivery experience on the weekends is pretty terrible. It always takes almost 2 hours for them to make your sandwich (happened both times I ordered from them), and I live only half a mile away from them so it’s purely the cooking speed or capacity of their kitchen that’s the bottleneck. Never eaten there in person but I can’t imagine it taking nearly as long if you dined in, so I think they always put delivery orders as last priority possibly.

Takes them forever to prepare your order, employees are lazy and slow.

The Gunther sandwich with taylor ham is in fact the best sandwich i’ve eaten in this town.

Seriously the best soups sandwiches and drinks around. Everything is so fresh and delicious.

I have ordered from them multiple times and love the food but recently orders are coming late or incomplete. Some of the orders are also not delivered even though we paid for delivery. I think as a loyal costumer I am very upset and sad and will not order anytime soon

Had I known my order was going to take nearly 2 hours to arrive I wouldn’t have wasted my time :/

When I called to find out what was happening the person who answered was so passive aggressive with me….and then the food arrived barely warm.

Chai latte tasted really bad too…

If you want to get food from here just go in person..don’t waste time with delivery.

I've walked by this place countless times, but today was the first time I went in to try it out. I was not very impressed. My girlfriend ordered their grilled cheese sandwich, while I ordered the BLT and a small drip coffee. Somehow, the total came out to $29 and ballooned to $35 after tip (their lowest option on-screen was 20%, despite not being a full-service restaurant). We sat waiting for about 40-minutes. Enough time to do the Sunday crossword, witness the staff spill a drink on a customer, and take in the paintings that decorate the walls–which are all for sale and make a very good case for AI-generated art. When we finally got our food it wasn't bad, but certainly not worth the inflated price considering the small portion size. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon, and could not recommend Gunther's to others.

Edit: I should add that the menu was only available through scanning a QR code, which is obviously unforgivable.
