The food was good, but unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to the price or expectations. I paid $40 for two bagels and two orange juices — definitely on the expensive side, especially considering the bagels were missing the eggs they were supposed to come with.
We ordered online for pickup, and while the confirmation said the order would be ready at a certain time, we still waited an additional 45 minutes after arriving — despite showing up 10 minutes after the order was marked as "ready." There’s no dedicated area for mobile orders, which added to the confusion.
When I asked the young woman at the register about the order status, her response was dismissive and unclear. She simply said something along the lines of, "I don’t know, they just said to tell people to wait."
This place definitely has potential — the food itself is solid — but the pricing, customer service, and pickup process all need serious improvement. -Knoxville

H&H bagels opened in St. John’s Florida this week! It’s wonderful to have a authentic New York City bagels in the community. They are so much better than what you buy at the grocery store.
Love the sandwiches for breakfast or lunch or buy them for a picnic, road trip, take to the beach, or pick them up early in the morning and surprise the family with fresh bagels for breakfast!

Crowded, service took sooooo long I almost had to leave without my food to take my connection flight. After a lot of costumers had already ordered it, they started saying they were out everything bagel.

Edit: I could only eat half as the bagel was very stale. This is an awful representation of NY bagels. Gross ?

6 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese? Capitalist pigs. On top of the price, the bagels aren’t any better than grocery store packaged bagels and the cream cheese wasn’t really on both halves of the bagel.

Meh. You would think having a NY bagel in NY would be an experience; even if it is in an airport. The bacon was pretty good, the egg kind of disappeared in the bagel. The issue is they toast the bagel with the bacon, eggs & cheese, they don’t toast the bagels first the make the sandwich which would have a better/different texture than the egg, thus improving the mouth feel of the eggs with the contrast of the toasted inner bagel. I digress. But what can you really ask for at 3 in the morning.

They want to charge you like 30 bucks for a bagel. They have a salmon & egg bagel but it turns out the salmon is an add on or at least that’s what their POS system. Waited in line and half the people leave after they see the prices.

Bagel was dry, lacked flavor and stale all at the same time. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese and even the sausage didn't taste good.
I think the existing reviews speak for itself, but this place was truly shocking, even for airport food. Dry, flavorless, and somehow expensive on top of that. Really doesn't feel like this place deserves the H&H label.

Horrible JFK H&H Ordered 2 bagels with smoked salmon cream cheese and avocados smh. Bagels were tough. It was like eating leather. $20 a bagel for a smoked salmon served in between 2 pieces of leather is thievery.
