I literally walked in order my dish to go, lamb over rice with no fries. They do to go orders nonstop so I'd figure my order was correct. I leave to go home and have a simple meal, open my order. There's fries and it's chicken over rice. How hard is it to get an order right when it's not even busy? Pay attention to the order and do your one job right.
