It was slow when I arrived. The nice young man got right on it and acknowledged my requests. I try different halal restaurants to see whose the best, I'm sorry but the rice and chicken was not good. The chicken tasted like canned chicken. It just didn't taste like chicken. I feel weird about eating it. The fries, white sauce and salad made it eatable. I'm sorry I won't come here again.
Been ordering from this place consistently for almost a year now and the food used to be so good. Ordered from them today through a delivery service and they blatantly ignored my customization instructions for my spicy chicken sandwich. They didn't include cucumbers on it and it was poorly made with ingredients that weren't fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes were darkening in color, somewhat grey/brownish and very limp and soggy, not crunchy or fresh at all. Also, they gave me these thin-cut, unseasoned, overly salted fries which are completely different from their thick home style seasoned fries that I've gotten every other time I've ordered from here in the past. It's so unfortunate they made all these ingredient changes and have started to prepare the food to such a lower quality standard than before. The food here used to be so good, I never had anything bad to say previously and would always leave the restaurant 5 stars when I ordered but now it's mid at best and that's honestly the most generous description I could give the food I got today.

Very bad food quality and staled food. Service is very slow and communication level of staff is very low. Also, they have one music track in their list which they play in loop and by listening that music continuously, my ears felt like its gonna bleed now, by Bangladeshi single music track. Very bad environment to sit and eat food there. Such a shame. I have wasted my money. They deserve zero stars for tasteless staled food.
