I mistakenly placed an order on Uber Eats using the company card, and the Uber Eats cancellation policy is a disgrace—they charged me a fee equal to the order amount. I canceled the order in 2 minutes, and it took me that long because Uber hid the cancel button. I called to speak with a representative who contacted the restaurant, which claimed the order was already ready. How the entire order was ready in less than 5 minutes can only be explained by a miracle. The Uber representative even suggested that I leave my house at 1:30 a.m. to pick up a sandwich. I had been ordering from this restaurant for over a year—had, because I won’t order from them anymore. You, like Uber Eats, were not honest.

Absolute garbage. Do not expect an ETA or any type of clarification of when your food will be delivered. My food was GARBAGE and it was over an hour late. I called them back maybe 5 times to figure out where my food was and apparently they aren't able to speak to the delivery driver . DO NOT ORDER FROM
