Been going to Hanoli's since she opened her first bakery. I have yet to have any complaints. One thing that i like about her is her consistency. Her cakes have always been on point and DELICIOUS! Nothing about her recipes or service never changes.

Cake was exactly as we ordered. Simply beautiful!!! We got so many compliments. It really set the tone for our “Baby It’s Cold Outside” themed baby shower. We chose the Dominican sponge and strawberry preserves and it was simply delicious. Thank you Hanoli Bakery!!!

The service was so bad. I was there since 11:40 a.m. At 11:55 I stood in front of the door and she didn’t want to open the door for me, even though they had a sign saying they were open.

I’ve been here few times but haven’t been there in past two years. A lady named WANDA is just horrible, rude and disrespectful. I come back next day to order my cake and desserts, walk in and say hi to her as I spoke to her previous day. She just looked at me and said I SEE YOU. I was like wtfff how rude , just say hi i will be with you in a minute. I was making $500 order, and sh is being rude with me. I was ready to leave but only thing was I didn’t want to disappoint my daughter for her birthday. On top of all this they made horrible tasting desserts that were not made fresh. I will never do business again. Also don’t believe them when they say they can make it look like the picture . They lie ! I will insert pictures to show you what I showed them and what they made for me. I specifically asked can you make the pumpkins like this and they said yes, absolutely horrible!

Let’s start with the good first. The chocolate fudge cake was delicious . The dulce de leche was ok, on the dry side and not flavorful. Now the bad. While the customer service was not horrible or rude in my experience. I did not appreciate how they factor the pricing. They don’t want others to hear the price they give you and vice versa. When there’s multiple people in the shop. Also the pricing wasn’t adding up. I asked for a cake with a certain serving size and they said a high price and then I asked for half that serving size and the difference from the other price was only 50 dollars. The math just wasn’t mathing. It also didn’t reflect the price on their online prices. So if I didn’t come in person and just order online I would get the same cake cheaper than coming in person. Doesn’t make sense. I think they base it of who they think has more money and so on. Tacky. Again I would have order an 100 dollar cake online. I tried on the website and that’s the price. Yet in person you’re quoting me almost $200 for the same size cake and flavor and customization. Let me make that clear. Before they respond to this lol.

Disgusting NASTY tasting dense cakes it Blows my mind how you open a bakery and make literal Garbage deserts the cakes LOOK really nice but the cream is Bad the whipped cream is bad and the cake itself is dense and VERY BAD tasting I just don't understand how careless & talentless at Baking you have to be to produce products this Bad I normally don't leave Bad reviews unless the place is Insultingly BAD & people who left a good review they have no taste and dont know what a good or excellent desert is. this place take the cake for one of the worse cakes i've ever had, i cant remember ever having a cake this bad they should go back to the drawing board and start over all my & put care into them my first attempts at baking were 1000x times better than this & im not a baker AVOID this spot and go to a place that actually has skills passion and deserves your money & you don't deserve trash like this save your money

I ordered the Red rosette cake apparently only sides were buttercream frosting but I assumed all of the icing would be buttercream . In our opinion ( and my fiances opinion, I bought it for his birthday) we found the red icing to be extremely bitter, no butter cream flavor whatsoever and the white part wasn't very sweet at all. We just didn't find the icing tasty at all but the inside was moist and the dulce de lece was a nice light flavor. I would say make sure you know for sure what you are ordering and ask to clarify to be sure . Other then that the cake was beautiful. I think the customer service could be more friendly but I understand business can make one be assertive at times. I also found it strange they didn't have a box big enough for the cake to properly cover it and we had to place it in the car open . Not used to that but hey, like I said beautiful cakes and clarify what you want to make sure they are on the same page with you with your expectations

i got the banana cream with chocolate cake for a birthday, it was a big hit and it tasted absolutely amazing. I got a cake with a fish on it and the tale was chipped when I got it, but the flavor of the cake made up for it honestly
