On Google Maps it says 10am open on Saturday. When I arrived at 10:47am Saturday February 24, 2024 the restaurant was closed. There was also a sign hanging in the window saying closed as you can see in the photo I posted with this review.

Best indian food in NYC - hands down. The food is exceptionally well-flavored. When I visit, this is my go-to place. The chili paneer is amazing. And the best part, the food isn’t oily

Best Indian food in town with competitive price. Must try their Kabab it's delicious just like the rest of they serve. Friendly environment for family and friends.Chicken 65 (the red chicken dish) is delicious!! I had it for the first time and loved it. It has the correct amount of spice to go with fried rice or, noodles, or you can just eat it by it self as an appetizer. You must try it!!The Goat curry I had was also a great dish, it had the authentic Indian flavor, it tasted great with butter Naan and jeera rice. Also a must try dish!!

Overcharged for rotis. The posted price was 1 dollar and they charged 2 dollars per roti. They need to update the menu.

I would like to write this so that no other customer gets food poisoned like I did. I purchased butter chicken, goat curry and goat biryani from this spot earlier this week for lunch. I noticed the food was all sitting out and not heated. It all looked as if it was the previous days food. When I brought the food home and started eating it tasted funky and old, but the spices covered it up and within hours after eating this food my belly started to bloat and started to belch. I ended up with severe diarrhea / vomiting for almost 1 week and was unable to leave the house or go to work. I was in and out of the bathroom every 2 hours having severe liquid diarrhea. I could not drink any fluids or eat any food without having constant diarrhea. I ended up on antibiotics which also did not help, and doctors finally told me to follow a specific diet and take Imodium. I filed a complaint with the city and the health department. As soon as the complaint was filed with the city health department that information was leaked to the restaurant to prepare for an inspection. They immediately replaced all old food and clean the whole place to standards. So a covered up inspection will be done by an inspector to give them an ”A” rating. If anyone else got poisoned from this place please contact the health department at 646-632-6103. Further written complaints to go to NY State to see how information was leaked out to the restaurant regarding an upcoming inspection and who the inspector responsible for the inspection of this restaurant is. Beware of this restaurant and feeding people contaminated old food!

Best Indian in Long Island. Tikka Masala was delicious. The Samosas and Naan were fresh.

Please be wary of this food place. I was severely food posioned from this place. They serve old food that was sitting out all day the previous day and then mix it with the next day food. The food tasted nasty and made me sick for over a week. I was throwing up and having loose, watery stools (bowel movements) non stop daily for over a week every hour. I will never shop or buy anything from this location again. If you are immune compromised or elderly and don;t want to end up in the hospital do not buy at this disgusting location!
