I’m eating their falafel wrap over 3hrs later and it is still yummy. They pack it with flavorful fillings and sauces. My favorite is the eggplant spread. Plenty of seating there and throughout the bldg. It’s a bit out of the way for me, but it’s great for the LaGuardia community.
They do get slammed during peak lunch hours, but I’ve always received courteous service despite the wait.

Incredible. The beef was to die for, soft, tender, incredible flavor. Moroccan spiced carrots were exciting and so fresh. Pita was warm and fluffy. I can’t believe you can have such great food quality at a lunch counter in a converted warehouse.

The food is crazy delicious!! I work nearby, have ordered here daily for almost two years now, and I can honestly tell you this is some of the most delicious, healthy, flavorful food in the area. They achieve a beautiful depth of flavor with every protein - everything is taken to the next level. The hummus is gorgeous and all of the salad offerings are always super fresh and delicious. Above all, the food is CONSISTENT - always perfectly cooked and fresh!Since they offer vegetables as a rice substitute if you prefer, I lost about 15 lbs last year eating Harissa for lunch during the workweek - that's a pretty big deal! Sadly, due to Covid restrictions, The Factory Building only allows them to be open Monday and Tuesdays (I would have it every day if I could!). An absolute must try for lunch if you can get here!
