Holy moly!! Just had the salmon fettuccini, couldn’t believe what I was eating, absolutely incredible!!!

Llevaba tiempo con ganas de ir a este restaurante y la verdad es que ha sido una de las primeras veces que he sentido que comía algo elaborado, de sabores intensos, de calidad y saludable, una combinación que en Nueva York no me parece tan fácil de encontrar. Como iba sola no pude probar más que un plato porque, aunque parezcan pequeños, son saciantes. Me quedé con ganas de probar el resto de la carta porque todo lo que salía de cocina tenía una pinta estupenda. La camarera que me atendió fue muy amable y el espacio está muy bien decorado. I love vegan Caribbean food, and my son and I made the trip here from NJ on a special occasion. We arrived in time for brunch, and their brunch menu was different from what was posted online so I no longer remember the names of the dishes we got. I got something that was like a chicken and cheesy waffles dish. My son got a dish of eggs and cassava fries with a side of mac and cheese. I got the cassava pone for dessert. Everything was delicious and we got to take our time eating.

I’m not plant based in the slightest. This has been saved on my to visit at some point when I was with someone who was and it did not disappoint.

The space is beautiful and we go lucky that we were able to be seated right away, had a great sever andddd it’s half off apps for the owners birthday (big Cap energy!)

My goal wasn’t to find meat alternatives but to leave there having eaten a good meal.
The food was flavorful and well seasoned. The drink was very tasty.

Big shout out to the island onigiri and the empanada trios. Need to go back and do the entrees on my return.

HAAM was absolutely amazing. The waitress , she was a doll. Very helpful and sweet. My lady and I loved the Nachos, it was plenty for sharing! And Omg the flavor! The guacamole, the con queso was so flavorful. Then I noticed the sweet plantain. Omg I was in love. And it had a nice touch of heat also. Then I ordered the mofungo with the oyster mushroom for myself. It tasted so good. As a longtime lover of mofungo, I was totally impressed. She ordered the steak, yellow rice and black beans. Oh my lord. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The steak was amazing. Seared to perfection. The cassave pone dessert was great. However that cheesecake passion fruit was over the top. So exquisite. The flavors were amazing. I cant wait to come back again. Excellent service 5/5

This place is fantastic, I don’t have that much to add. Everything we tried was great and big portions. The passionfruit cheesecake was maybe the best cheesecake I’ve ever had.

Absolutely one of the best vegan restaurants in Brooklyn and NYC. The service was spectacular, the gluten-free options were solid (ask your server) not gonna lie the prices are a little high but it’s worth it for how good the food was! You wouldn’t even know some of the dishes are vegan, and if you already are vegan THIS PLACE IS A MUST-TRY honestly I am not vegan and it’s one of my regular spots great for special nights out with my gf who is vegan but you could also set up a pretty chill but nice date here and just get drinks, the cocktails we had were great too.

Warm wait staff….. knowledgeable and cognizant of ingredients that may cause allergic reaction… even altered a dish. Nice cool vibe and the food is flavorful and delicious.

A burst of Caribbean soul delivered through clean, plant-based cooking. I started with the mofonguitos and the empanada trio both crispy, seasoned right, and full of real island character. My entrée was the mushroom burger with yuca fries, and it surprised me with how juicy, flavorful, and satisfying it was. The hibiscus margarita tied everything together with that bright, floral kick.

The space feels warm, intentional, and full of culture. Service was friendly, the energy was positive, and every plate tasted like someone cared. HAAM isn’t just healthy it’s flavorful, creative, and rooted in the Caribbean spirit. I’ll be back.
