An overpriced Columbia restaurant. Serever did not know food ingredients and my steak was overcooked. Drinks were good. NOT a place to return.

This is a restaurant where we have only had drinks and dessert, which are great. Whether I sat inside or outside, I got great service by everyone. My girlfriend and I want to go for dinner very soon. They may only be a 5 year old restaurant but you feel like they have been running it for 20 years. If you are in the area, please go there just for a drink and you will become a frequent customer.

This place is a hidden gem. I stumbled upon it and I won’t order anywhere else around here. Food is underrated. Tonight, I just wish that I got what I ordered. They brought the grilled chicken when I ordered breaded. I ate it anyway and luckily is really good. Just next time be more mindful. Also nice place to sit and eat too.

We love this place so much! The food and drinks are consistently delicious and the employees are incredible. Whenever friends are visiting from out of town we make it a point to have dinner here. Their happy hour is the best in the city! Stop by for a $5 Sangria. Our favorite dishes include the bacon wrapped chorizo, the brisket, prosciutto chicken and garlic shrimps. My husband and I come here once a week (sometimes more.) We especially love Felipe and Alessandra. Restaurants like Helena really make Jackson Heights feel like home. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

We have been here a couple of times. Aside from the food being great, the service is fantastic. From when you walk in Ana, the host is very welcoming. She’s lovely. The bar is where I recommend you sit, the bartender, Harvey makes really good drinks and he has a great attitude, súper charismatic and interacts with all of his patrons. The place has a Colombian feel but with a twist of different flavors, works very well. The place is great but the people who work there make it far greater.

I went to New York for the weekend and I wanted some Colombian food, so I went to Helena. I gotta say, I was actually impressed with the presentation and the atmosphere. Usually Colombian restaurants tend to be very traditional but this felt “modern”. Unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures to show but the entire ceiling has these small lights that give the place a classy ambiance. The music was on point too, Spanish of course, but a good mix of genres. The food (Bandeja Paisa) was exquisite and the beer, cold as ice! Highly recommend and I surely will be back next time I visit NY!P.S there is a huge projector screen in the back of the restaurant, I can only imagine how awesome it must be to catch a Colombia soccer game in there!

The place is nice and the waiters are friendly. But I know it is the first and the last time I visit this place. It is extremely expensive compared to other similar places. The food they brought was incomplete, it did not bring everything that the menu indicated and even so they charged me for everything, when they never brought the full meal to my table.

$16 for a glass of Chardonnay is ridiculous. Service was subpar it explains why the restaurant is empty.. I won't be returning!! Maybe they should read all the bad reviews as of late and make a change. It's not worth the money, don't waste your time!
