Homemade Taqueria Junction

Not to be rude but I called at 12 midnight and the lady just said one second and next thing you know I’m on hold for about 15 minutes listening to her joke around with the walk in customers. I basically heard 2 life stories not including the lady that put me on hold talking about how she’s still to young at 45 years. I don’t care if they talk or what they talk about but to leave me on hold for 15 minutes wow. I spend good money every week her and I tried calling just to make sure it was an honest mistake leaving on hold but they pick up and hang up right away. That really sucks because we love the food here but that was rude and I had to write about it.

The food here is amazing! I’ve been coming for birria tacos since 2023, and they never disappoint. It would’ve been a 5-star review, but one time I was served a taco that had a large bone in it, which was a bit off-putting. Still, I keep coming back because the flavor is worth it.

I'm very disappointed that the chefs don't pay attention to reading the ticket carefully, as I ordered two sandwiches without onion, not spicy, and without avocado, and they sent me normal ones. They should pay more attention to what a customer orders.

See the menu and mostly everything overpriced with minimum amount of ingredients, salty food and sugary drinks

This is one of my favorite places to get food! All the food taste fresh and I have gone back several times. I recommend the quesadillas of any kind! Delicious!!!

Went here to eat with my dad, we’re both Mexican and the lady who’s at the register treated my dad like he was stupid when he ordered food for both of us in Spanish by the way, he wanted steak tacos and she said they had none.
Honestly food wasn’t bad just really terrible service from the lady you order from.

Got the 1 combo al pastor taco 10/10 bistec horracha or however you spell it mmm was so good come with refried beans & chorizo torta or tostada it was all good will definitely be back all for 16 with tax

The food is very delicious, I love it, I always come to this place and good prices.
Before the customer service was very bad, the waitresses treated me badly but they have changed now I like the place better ☺️

Today I ate with my husband
I ordered enchiladas stuffed with chicken and my husband ordered a chicken milanese (the polloya comes in pieces)
In the end they were exactly the same dishes with rice and beans and his tortillas and mine, well, already lots of sauce :/ and I didn't like them, the sauces, the beans, the hibiscus water need seasoning be stronger.
