Homemade Taqueria Bellerose

Very rude. The one lady just kept staring at me the entire time. I ordered 2 birria tacos wings and 2 drinks. Only got the wings and drinks. 30 mins go by I go up and ask if she got the tacos and she said yes. Another 30 mins go by and I go back up and I ask how long for the tacos and she goes what. I’m like the tacos. She never charged me for the tacos which is ridiculous when I went up 30 mins before this and confirmed is she got them or not. I knew something wasn’t right when it took a hour and no tacos. As I was walking out the one lady was waving me on. They also told me I couldn’t eat in because they were closing. That was at 9pm. They close at 10.

The food is good but delivery process is terrible. I ordered online for delivery from the Hempstead location, it’s been 2 hours and my food has not been received. This is after being charged a SIX DOLLAR delivery fee. Never ordering from here again.

I was starving, and I stopped for a quick bite... I regret 😪 it. Empanada was bad, comsome bad and cold. You guys need to have fresh empanada not spoiled on. That's was disgusting.

I ate here three times. To overly priced you will spend over 30$ if you are a couple just for take out. This will be the last time I eat from here as well as spend money here. Last time I ordered chicken tacos and they tasted like spicy chicken that could not have just been the sauce ..literally burned my lips, tounge and esophagus way to spicy. If you like a lot of spice and to spend a lot of money come here. To charge nys tax and then a credit card fee tax is wild never ever coming back here and I spoke to the manager and he clearly didn't want to make the situation better.

They have a problem with the application when ordering food. I ordered a gringa quesadilla from the app and they gave me a normal quesadilla. And they even complicate things when someone sends a message to tell them that they shipped the order incorrectly. Because I ordered takeout and I had already left and they wanted me back.

Every time we order food, it has always been great. I get a plain taco and even that is amazing. So good.

Absolutely a terrible experience! I don’t recommend buying food from here at all. I’m allergic to cheese, which means I requested tacos without cheese and I received tacos with cheese. Went back to the establishment and the lady with the lip piercing kept arguing with me instead of just correcting the order. I live 30 minutes away; your establishment and “workers” are a disgrace! I hope this business gets shut down soon. If you want great Birria tacos go to MOHO MEXICAN!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
