When they first opened, I ordered a shrimp burrito through UberEats. It was nothing exciting, I didn't even consider reordering. Cut to, a couple years later, a friend and I looking around for something to eat. We decided against literally everything else on Parsons. Looking in their window, he saw they had birria tacos and wanted to try. We usually get tacos from Maya Taco down on Jamaica, but didn't feel like taking the walk. When we went in, the counter woman was wiping down the dining area. When this space was a chicken spot, there was more seating and front room space. Now the dining area consists of a low counter facing the picture window. Maybe they needed more kitchen space. They sell canned soda and Jaritos. They also have fresh lemonade, Jamaica and horchata in counter top juice dispensers. There was no one else inside when we went in, but as soon as we started looking over the menu, so many delivery drivers came in to pick up orders! We got a couple birria, a chorizo, shrimp and a chicken tacos. Everything was ridiculously flavorful. We enjoyed the taste so much that we immediately ran out for a couple more birria. The birria tacos don't come with consommé. Which is odd to me. They do come with a green or red salsa and a guacamole sauce. The guac sauce is completely tasteless. The pepper sauces are savory and spicy but not inedible. Homemade Taqueria has become my go-to spot for tacos. I've also had their beef and chicken empanadas. The chicken was good, beef was a little off. I haven't tried the rest of the menu, but it looks promising.

This place is a piece of junk. They don’t even fufill orders completely and don’t help you when you reach out. Food is overpriced and the portions are small. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place isnt even worth it. Ordered nachos and this all they sent ? Putting on layers of lettuce for what

Its A Little Hole In The Wall But Some Of The Best Tacos I've Had! The Tacos And Tostada Are Fairly Priced And They Are Not Cheap With The Meat! The Girl At The Front Was Nice. The Food Took A Lil Time To Prepare But Everything Was Fresh! I'm Definitely Going Back There Again. (The Only Reason I'm Giving It 4 Stars Is Because The Wanted $3.81 For Jarritos Soda And Then $2 And Change For A Can Of Soda.)

Placed an order including a 2 liter coke. Delivery gave me a 12 oz soda. The mistake was made at the restaurant. I was charged for the 2 liter but they packed a 12 oz soda. I called and was given the run around about the order. I just wanted the 2 liter but they tried to blame it on the delivery company. It was the restaurants fault. I will never spend any money here because it was an easy fix but they turned it into a fiasco.

I like this place, their food is good, their service is decent, the place is small but it's okay anyway. The price is kinda expensive but it's okay, I would recommend.

This is a small hole in the wall place that delivered great flavor. I asked for a menu at the counter. I looked at the description if some of the items and knew it was Mexican and not Tex-Mex. Even better. I ordered one grilled chicken taco. It was around 4pm and I didn't want anything too big but enough to hold me until I took the subway home. It took maybe slightly longer than a fast food order to get my food but still not long.The taco was two soft corn tortillas. On top of all that was flavorful minced chicken, cilantro, and raw white onions garnished with lime wedges and some red radish slices.The raw onions might seem harsh go some but I loved it. I will try to remember this place next time I'm headed home from the hospital.
