Place is a joke. Who doesn’t have steak at 1pm on a Tuesday afternoon, who ever manages this place needs to be fired. This is now the third time I’ve been to this location and they don’t have steak. On top of that you’re still able to order steak online for pick up, which caused me to waste over half my lunch break. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. I will never eat at Hotpeppers again.
Think I just had the best burrito of my life. If we lived in a proper society, I'd reach across the sneeze guard and give every employee a firm handshake.

Atmosphere: I have been twice here. Their menu is pretty clear and straightforward. Good lighting and clean for the most part. That's what I thought the first time. The second time, I saw dirty tables. I didn't perceive a good service compared to the first time. I also would like to mention that they have two cracks on their window, but apparently they don't care about the restaurant's good appearance since they still haven't changed it. I wanted to think they were a bit better than Chipotle, but there's still more work to do.
Service: As mentioned before, I had two completely different experiences. The first time, the employee was welcoming and gave a decent portion of the ingredients in my bowl. The second time, a different employee was average and even gave less portions of the ingredients. Therefore, service can vary here from good to MEH.
Food: Same as the service part. The first time I ordered the Chicken Bowl, and it was pretty good. The second time I ordered the Beef and Shrimp Bowl, and it was average. The pieces of beef had those unpleasant veins and arteries that made it hard to chew. I mean, I'm paying to have eatable meat in my bowl, not to have veiny pieces of meat.
Price: The first time I thought their prices were more than fair. The second time I thought the bowl was not worth paying for. In conclusion, it depends on what you order and who serves you.

I don’t understand does this place not read the instructions of their orders ? Why do you always forget to add the sauces when the instructions specifically says to put in on the side. The sauces are one of your main attractions and the only reason I order. Or else I’m better off ordering from chipotle. Please get it together I will not longer be ordering from here.
