This was the only sit down restaurant for food in the area where our gate was. It was fairly early around 7am so it wasn't busy at all. We (family of 3) waited to be seated and after a few minutes of employees just passing us by, I asked if we need to seat ourselves or just wait. They said to just seat ourselves. We sat down and after about 5 minutes without anyone coming up to us I made eye contact with one of the employees passing us by on the way to the kitchen, I waived and said hi, and she said hi and passes us. Another few minutes passed and again, two more employees passed us by, just giving a glance and continued to find something else to do than tend to their customers. It was around a total of 10 minutes without any interaction, other than the initial question about seating so we left. Dont know how the food is but if it is as bad as their service, I would suggest to go somewhere else. By far the worse service in NY.

We had lunch here while waiting for our flight to board. We were sat very quickly and then waited a while to be greeted. The gentleman, Xavier, who stopped at our table was not supposed to be our server but noticed we had not be taken care of. He was wonderful and attentive. We split a blt sandwich and fries. The sandwich wasn’t anything great but the service turned out to be friendly and good. He asked if we were okay on time and if we had any water bottles to go that needed filled up for our flight. The menu isn’t very large and all the appetizers are seafood based so there isn’t a lot of variety. It has a nice atmosphere and a great little bar so if you’re looking for a place to hang out this is a good spot to do so!

The service was terrible from beginning to end. I waited at the host stand to be seated and was ignored by both people working. They continued to service others already dining without acknowledging my existence. “Be with you in a moment” would have sufficed. Finally as one of them passed by I asked if I would be seated or if I am to seat myself. Waitress then said she would seat me. I was seated with no menu or silverware and sat there for 15mins with again no acknowledgment. When the other waitress passed by I asked for a menu and she gave me one. Another waitress arrived and took my order, and i got a water and coffee. What’s pictured is the $24 breakfast two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and toast. Food arrived pretty quick server asked if everything was okay and never checked in again. I never received a water refill, had to ask for more coffee, and had to ask for my bill after my plate was removed 10mins prior. My experience with this establishment was terrible and the food was way over priced. I would dine there again when passing through.

If you’re in a wheelchair, don’t come to this restaurant. They ignored us even after seven patient and polite requests for service. They were not busy. One waiter said “just sit in a booth”, even though we cannot physically do that. This is the most shameful lack of Customer Service I’ve ever seen.
Omg. Awful. My lunch was inedible and I had to go buy a snack after. I told them it was awful and they didn’t even apologize.

Overpriced food with no flavor. My wife had a NY strip steak, and I have a chicken club sandwich. Over $100 on just those 2 items, and it was bland as could be. Not worth it at all.
