Came here on a “free stack” night. Waited about 20 minutes to be seated, not bad. Sat for 40 minutes and no one had even come to take orders. Granted it was crowded, but people who sat after us had not only ordered but served their food. Didn’t stay

It used to be my favorite place to come once a week. I went in today for lunch. Shortly after a couple of hours later, I got food poisoning. Sad to say I won't be coming back here.

Me and my family went there for lunch on a Thursday. No one was at the front for us to sit. The whole place was empty. Maybe two or Three tables with people. After waiting for a good five minutes or we just left. Wish could tell you how the food but sorry.

I haven't been to Ihop in a while but I was looking their breakfast sampler you get a little bit of everything unfortunately the food came out cold nothing was hot not even warm I wasn't going to send it back. Hopefully this will help them improve food quality.

The 2 stars is solely for the poor waitress who was the only one working waiting on 8 tables. This IHOP consistently works their wait staff to the bone (having them apologize to the customers when it wasn't even their fault) and possibly the cook in the kitchen. Food takes forever to come out. Don't come here if you're hungry.

Servers were explendid.
The omellet that I order was terrible and cold. I didn't say anything because I didn't want my food to comeback tampered with. I'm really surprised with the quality of food being this is a nice area. I will be back Sunday to see if there is a difference. Stay tune.

What has happened to IHOP in general. Anything good on their menu has been removed. The food quality is terrible and service bad. THIS LOCATION is the worst I have ever been to. How do you have grits on the menu and then say yes its on the menu but we dont make it here ever. The server although nice was a mess. He didnt know what they had to serve or any details on the menu items. A aerver ahould know everything about all they serve. The pancakes in which they should pride themselves on were horrible. Thin and hard. The impossible breakfast sausage was the best thing we ate.

It was very busy with school kids on Friday morning. I wasn’t expecting it. I would have gone to the one in Murrry hill. Didn’t get my order right but ate crepes the way it came
