I called today on Christmas and spoke with the manager Diane in regards to adding something to my $70 dollar DoorDash order and she was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Her behavior was highly inappropriate on Christmas. There needs to be more customer service workshops for managers especially when we are supporting and paying this establishment. I give this location 0 stars due to the manager Diane. Go elsewhere and spend your money where you are appreciated!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

We've been here two times now and it truly is a gem. We were served by diana today and javon on the last visit. My son is super shy and even was comfortable with javon, and Diana was more than attentive and accommodating. I don't know how anyone could have a bad thing to say, I'm being glad we gave it a go. It is so much calmer and quieter than the other IHOPs around, the food is definitely much better and the service has been amazing both times. We will definitely be returning.

Seated and waited 20+ mins with multiple waiters walking past me. Got up and left. Nobody batted eye. Seats are ripped up, understaffed and hectic environment. 1 star

During my recent visit to IHOP, I was deeply disappointed by what appeared to be unfair seating practices. Despite multiple empty tables in more desirable areas, my group was seated near the restroom. When I politely asked the waitress if we could move to another available table, my request was completely ignored. Later, I noticed a group of white customers, with the same party size, being seated at the very table we had requested.
This experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I expect IHOP to treat all guests equally, regardless of ethnicity. I strongly urge the management to review their seating policies and ensure fair treatment for everyone. I hope IHOP addresses this issue to create a more inclusive environment for all diners.

Went on a Saturday when it’s 24 hours the server who I think was the manager was giving attitude and on top of that the card machine wasn’t working so she asked me to Zelle her I think she stealing

Came here on a “free stack” night. Waited about 20 minutes to be seated, not bad. Sat for 40 minutes and no one had even come to take orders. Granted it was crowded, but people who sat after us had not only ordered but served their food. Didn’t stay
