I live nearby and have regular cravings for the Country Fried Steak and Eggs. This location has had average reviews for awhile but I continue to go since it's so close. The last visit blew me away. I placed an online takeout order then drove over. I checked in 10 mins later. The app ETA was 20-30 mins. but I wanted my food as fresh as possible. The host said it wasn't in the pickup area but he would go to the kitchen and check. He came back with my order a few minutes later and I was out the door. Great service experience this visit. I got my order at home and everything was carefully packed. the Country Fried Steak was packed separate to keep it crispy. It didn't taste like it was refried and it was clean oil. I asked for crispy hash browns and they were crispy and fresh. Pancakes and eggs were solid. Very pleased with this most recent experience.

My first time there & my last. I had breakfast & my friend had lunch. The food was horrendous. Food was cold and for sure not freshly made. Guarantee that the food sits in trays & gets dished out. How could every single item be ice cold? Coffee was brown water. Had asked for another cup and was brought a carafe but that too was dismal. Will say place was clean but not sure about the rest room. At 20$ a head, I never expected this. Disappointed.

Service is terrible. We waited so long to get any service that we walked out and went to Panera instead. The workers are just sitting there talking with each other. I tried to get their attention but they just looked at me and kept talking. Go to the one in hillside not here.

Tried to make a fun breakfast for dinner theme tonight for my 3 year old, as you can see we did not receive what was advertised. The eggs were not edible, the pancakes were burnt, this was a waste of money. I called and they told me to come back and they would recook the order. I am not returning, and will not be ordering or eating there.

honestly a very mid experience. i knew what i was coming to when i was in the mood for ihop. the 3 stars are all for the food. realistically it would have gotten a 4 star if the actual vibe of the store didn't feel so liminal and slightly uncomfortable. the food was actually good and ihop has become the better option over a diner but this ihop in particular was very mid. the service was bleh and she probably said a total of 10 words to us from us walking in, taking our order, and giving us the check.

Omg. So disappointed. Last visit to ihop. Poor service and a changed menu. No harvest grain pancakes! Omelet seem to have too much low end ingredients. The memories of IHOP are gone.

Setting area freezing cold, asked waitress to move us to another area not close to entrance and I were ignored. Cutlery dirty and asked to provide new set and new set was dirty with spots in knife and fork. Order the egg Benedict with potato with onion and pepper, and the onion was raw. Worst IHOP I've been.

We had to eat fast or the food would get cold. We ordered the Benedicts and potatoes with onions and peppers. The onions and peppers were raw. Utensils dirty. We asked for another set, they were dirty too.
