We tried to have a nice meal at our local IHop to start the new year, but that didn’t happen. We’ve eaten here before and it’s always been really nice and the staff has always been attentive, and while I understand it’s New Years Day and they were obviously busy…NO ONE came to over to us after we were seated. We waited patiently for about 20+ minutes (this is no exaggeration as well as I had finished a call with my cousin right when we were seated) before we decided to leave and get food somewhere else. We even watched people get sat in the both next to us and were approached by the staff and given drinks before anyone even bothered with us, and they never did. We even exchanged multiple obvious looks with the staff, but NONE of them ever bothered to even apologize that they were busy or say anything about “being right with us”. I’ve been a long time fan and patron of IHop and was really looking forward to trying their Indian Jones menu specials, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
I recently had a fantastic breakfast at IHOP. The pancakes were absolutely delicious - light, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. But what truly made the experience special was the exceptional service provided by server, Ana Maria. She was incredibly friendly and attentive Thanks to Ana Maria, my breakfast at IHOP was a memorable❤️🙌 one.

If you like unknown materials in your food this is the place for you . My husband found a hard white rock in his potatoes. I went to read the reviews after and realized this wasn't a one time thing . This place really needs to evaluate it’s food safety situation . It’s unacceptable. I have never written a negative review in my life , but this warranted one . When we told the manager what happened she tried to gaslight us that a white hard rock was a potato as if we are stupid. That bothered us more then anything.

One of the worst experiences I ever had , specially at this location, This was our weekend spot since they opened. Walter and Jorge (servers) best customer service ever, always thrive to provide a great experience. Today, I ordered a sirloin’s tip steak I almost got ground meat served, over cooked when I clearly order medium well. When I told our server I was not pleased with the plate, her attitude was a bit aggressive wanting an explanation about why I would not eat the food, also getting at me with … I need a reason in order to tell my manager . Manager indeed was at some point “understanding” about the situation. She proceed to placed a new order which came to the table even worst, burnt at some point . I’m sorry IHOP but your food is not matching your prices.

This place NEVER follows instructions on the Uber eats app. They usually don’t add utensils when I add it on my order. And if they remember to add the utensils they don’t add the syrup caddy I request. This place is in dire need of a new manager and new employees. They suck

I ordered a breakfast for 2 on Saturday in early September for delivery. Upon delivery, I noticed that the 2 orders of hash browns were missing. A value of $13 and change. I called to complain and a lady named Lorena apologized and said I that my credit card would be refunded in the next couple of days. A full week passed and no refund. I called and spoke with Lorena again and again she apologized and said I would definitely be refunded in the next couple of days. Another full week passed and no refund. This time around I went personally to the IHop restaurant and spoke with Lorena again, in person this time. Again she apologized and said I would definitely be refunded in the next couple of days and this time without fail. A full week passed and still no refund. It was October by then. Now it's November and still no refund. Beware of their customer service. They lie with impunity.

I ordered the 2x2x2. The pancakes (weren't that hot) were served on a plate that was too small and the other plate wasn't big enough for the rest of the dish. That food could have been hotter too.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get into the restaurant. I don't know about the restrooms.

Nice staff although when it gets busy service is just barely acceptable. I was shocked at how small the portions were of everything. When my 4 stack of pancakes arrived at the table my first impression was...I'm going to be hungry after this. Just 4 medium sizes pancakes on a white plate. No garnish even for decoration. It looked institutional. Bowl of soup came with no crackers or bread. Wow.
