When I walked in, it was a very quiet & clean establishment. Within 2 minutes of sitting down, a server was at the table to assist with my and my daughter’s food order. After that, I receiving my food in 10 minutes. Hot and ready! My daughter enjoyed her food.

Ordered ahead through IHOP app. Gave them a little over a hour to prepare. I even arrived 10 minutes after pick up time. Get there and my order is ready. They gave me someone else’s order. There’s a reason why people order ahead of time. I had perishables in my car. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes between them figuring out they have to do order. I asked for a manager. He just happened to be the one at the pick up window. When I told them they need a better system, that they need to verify the order from people and that I should compensated, the manager says my order never printed and that they gave me a free order of hash brown. As to say, I should be happy. Had it been the old me l, would’ve told him what he do with them. I just grab my bag & walked out.

The place wasn't bad but the smell of the garbage that was outside near the entrance was too much that's a place to eat that garbage container needs to be moved

The food was decent service was poor. I asked for water with my coffee Three times finally got it on the 4th. Regardless, I was charged a 15% gratuity. I feel like they did not deserve other than that everything else was fine

Service was amazing We came for a graduation celebration 🎓 TONY was our Server. We all had a great time. Food was delicious despite it being extremely busy. We came on Wednesday 6/18 a little bit after 1145am Party of 6
I went on 6/24/25 around 12: 50. This IHOP was horrible. We had been sitting there for an hour, and had not received an order for drinks or anything. We had to ask the woman at the front desk/reservation area to get drinks. The waitress finally came an hour later, for my son's graduation. Not until 1: 51, and we were counting. This was disgusting. As an allergy friendly family, we ordered with substitutions. The only food that came out correct was the breakfast. My son got chicken tenders with a substitution of broccoli and mashed potatoes, he was starving after not eating all morning after graduating as valedictorian. Only the chicken tenders and fries came, and were sent back. They then came back with just mashed potatoes. The graduates mother ordered a club sandwich, and being allergic to tomatoes and avocados... asked for them to be placed on the side and to have no bacon, due to dietary restrictions. The order was given to her with no bacon, and the avocado and tomatoes on the sandwich. She sent it back, and it then came out 10 minutes later correctly. The service was horrible, our waiter never checked in once. She took our orders 1 hour later, and never checked back. This was disgusting. Service was horrible. Shame on this place. Was a horrible way to celebrate my son's graduation. He was so disappointed. He just kept saying we could've gone to another place, or we could have gone to the one in valley stream. This was absolutely unacceptable, and it should not be tolerated.
