Food was decent, but the waitress barely checked on us when we needed things. It was so dead inside which was a little concerning...some guy started yelling saying he thought the staff was trying to poison him so that wasn't so welcoming.... as my 1st time here...don't think I'll be back. Things were over priced just order from the $7 value menu.

I’ve been to multiple IHOP’s over the years and I must say that this one is very clean and homely. Patricia who served us, was fast and super friendly, she kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything else. If you’re hungry and nearby stop in, I highly recommend this spot.

Disgusting service, waited for a table 15 minutes which is fine due to the holidays when we finally got our table we waited another 10 minutes and no one approached us but the table next to us who sat after us got their drink order taken right away, fine no problem we understand staff was slammed so we got up and decided to order to go as well just for them to tell us “we are too busy for that” i reminded them that we were at a table and didnt get service there, mind you there was so many delivery drivers going and coming. We had no problem getting a slower service because of the high volume of people but the two girls up front who were what I assumed the hostesses straight up refuse to serve us or accommodate us at all they didnt even try just a straight up NO. Do better seriously

Everything is great here! They added a fresh press machine for orange juice ughhh its delicious!
Only complaint: NOTHING bothers me most than getting pancakes and NOT GETTING SYRUP! I order through Uber Eats a lot and this has happened multiple times.
PD: One syrup is not enough for your pancakes guys. Come on!!! Two is the minimum expected everywhere.
Hope you guys keep an eye on that. 🙏🏼

The server LIZETH is so damn rude! Mind you this is the 3rd time i go after i spoke with the manager of how badly she be treating my family like if we were asking for free food or something like that. Not only her rudeness but she brings me COLD food where i tell her and she obviously microwaved it but even so the food was still cold! I thought after speaking with the manager maybe she would change her attitude towrads my family but it seems like the manager didnt even speak with her and she does whatever she wants! So sad because my family loves getting ihop but seems like we need to find a new location!

I loved the food and place but, the service was terrible because the server named Karen had an attitude once I grabbed her attention to order more food…Meanwhile she’s talking about the other coworkers when she should be focusing on the customers aka ME and other customers that were dinning in at IHOP. Very upsetting how I had to try multiple times to get her attention and still arriving an attitude from the server which is the reason why I didn’t tip her and she made a mad face. Do better and focus on people who are paying you to serve customers their food!!

I went a couple of times at 37-56 junction blvd IHOP, the host at the front Michele was so nice, humble, amable, smiling, and caring enough that made me and my family feel comfortable like home. This shows how she loves what she does and is better than the other hosts in my opinion 😊. Also, she always gets my and family orders perfectly! To add on, I see notice she helps out the servers. Therefore, she always does her job right 😄!
Food was good. They need to get oat milk and almond milk. It’s 2025 y’all. Fries were cold but thankfully they made another fresh batch.

I’ve been to so many IHOPS from state to state for the past 2 decades and have never received such disappointing service like the one I received at this IHOP. The waitress took my order, she had no clue what a medium well done burger was, she brought my beverage 15 minutes before my food arrived. When she brought my food over she just placed it at the table and never came back once to see if I was ok out of I needed anything else. She was far more entertained with the table with 6 people I’m sure they were going to give her a bigger tip. As you can see from the pic, there must have been a French fries shortage in the kitchen. This is unacceptable service. I didn’t even wait for my bill, I asked the greeter to give me the bill, I gave her $25 and left. Keep the change I said! That’s not how you treat customers! Born and raised in Corona, Queens and I’ve never experienced something like this, I will never step foot there again!
