I ordered from this restaurant through Uber. Eats when I received the food. It was cold and it was the wrong food. When I call them, they basically told me if I want what I ordered. I needed to go pick it up. And if not, it is not their problem

I just spent the whole night and morning in the bathroom. Terrible food poisoning from the salmon or chicharrón.
I cant believe the owners response... Read your reviews, its not the first time you have a customer complain about food poisoning.

Horrible customer service asked for a side of rice and beans and never received it . Also no hot sauce on a hot platter of mixed meats .. called the place over 10 times and nobody answered but I watched from outside as the bartender ignored the phone .. for 60 dollars you would think I would be attended too

Peruvian and Colombian fusion is something I have a hard time swallowing (pun intended). Peruvians know their own dishes and so they are no strangers, but this restaurant was not at all as we expected. For example, I had the Sopa de Gallina which is relevant to Peruvian cuisine but somehow it was more like sancocho which is very distinctive and not to be confused with! We decided not to order anymore from the menu as though it would be a risky and expensive move to do. We like the decorations but that's it!! They should just label the restaurant as colombiano NOT peruano!!!

Best restaurant in Bayside! The food was amazing and the service was the same. We did not have to wait long, and I highly recommend making a reservation, just in case. The staff is very accommodating and I felt at home. I couldn’t believe how quickly the food came and it was OUTSTANDING! My new favorite, will definitely be back soon. And they have takeout/delivery!!

The environment was amazing and the service was even better. The food was definitely 10/10 the best in queens. They had great live music as well as a dj and prices were super affordable. I definitely recommend & I am a super harsh critic.

Finally, I had the opportunity to visit this place, highly recommended by a colleague. I was genuinely pleased with Luis's accommodations and the service he provided. He made us feel truly welcome and appreciated, demonstrating great professionalism and excellent customer service skills. Amazing experience at Inca Paisa! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the drinks were very well made. Everything felt fresh and full of flavor.
