Interwich Cafe

To who it may concern, l have to tell you how bad of experience I had at Interwich cafe at LaGuardia Airport on 11/10/23 at 7:30 pm I asked the woman (her name is Ashley) behind the counter if I could place an order with out my phone. She said no if you don’t have a phone I can’t help you. Then I asked her who could help me. She said what do you what me to do about , then she said what kind of an idiot doesn’t have a cell phone. So we exchanged a few words and a Server came over to me. His name is Henry. He couldn’t be any nicer and helpful to me, then he helped me place my order. At that time i asked for manager, I don’t remember his name but he is the Sous Chef and manager. Ashley told me I hope you order your food at Interwich so I can take care of it. Needless to say I didn’t order from Interwich I ordered from Kombu and had a great experience. This woman is a disgrace to hospitality business. Hopefully someone from corporate will read this and get rid of the virus at the airport location. If any one would like to talk to me feel free to contact me. My email or phone is in your system. I ordered the chicken parm hero since I thought there's no way anyone could mess that up and boy was I wrong. Why is airport food so horrible? All the places here have horrible reviews. What an absolute shame.

They should earn an award for tasteless Philly cheesesteak!Do yourself a favor and walk a few more steps. do not eat in any of the restaurants connected to it. I should have listened to the rest of the reviews.

Food was HORRIBLE!!!! The chicken Parmesan hero chicken was old and dry. The sandwich did not look like the picture at all. The cheese fries were old. The fries was dry. Don’t waste your money on this food because you will be dissatisfied!!!

Ordered bagel with scallion cream xheese. Came toasted-burnt-no taste to cream cheese. Terrible-NYC known for it's bagels-step it up Interwich.

All foods are freshly cooked! 100% recommended. The best airport foods so far. I finished up 100% my fresh spicy ramen

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!! I paid 20 bucks for a wonderbread club. The general decor draws you in and suggests the food will be decent. It isnt. School lunch quality. Go waste money somewhere else.

The waitress rush you out, and the food wasn’t good and it was served poorly.

Ordered 2 turkey club sandwiches, both to-go. One without mayo and one with avocado. First one came out on a plate so had to ask for a to-go box. Both sandwiches were exactly the same... both cme with mayo and avocado. Didnt discover until were on the plane so too late to fix it. The white bread was limp and the ingredients were piled in the center of the sandwich.

Don’t get an egg sandwich here. One of the worst I’ve ever had which is saying a lot since it’s pretty hard to mess up. Eggs were totally dried up. Sandwich was awful. Advertised as an H&H bagel and that can’t be possible because I’ve had H&H before and this isn’t even a close facsimile.
