Great food. Super cute design and decor. Biggest issue was the smoke coming from the kitchen area. Similar to a casino.
Sushi is good as well as their grilled yakitoris.

If you haven't seen videos from food bloggers regarding this place, then you're surely missing out.
Upon entering, you are greeted with a warm, ambient, classical Japanese restaurant. The walls and decor are calming and serene. The main entrance have a claw machine for you to play. There are sometime outfits for customers to rent and try on for photoshoots.
The menu offers a vast array of food to choose from. Some are classic Japanese dishes you'll see in other restaurants, but you'll also find restaurant specialties. To my surprise, the sushi was perfectly balanced, probably due to our little Buddhist monk and his dry ice! The sashimi were soft, and the flavor were neither too fishy nor too weak. My friend and I were disappointed that we could not try the sake ice cream, but all the food were delicious nonetheless. Of course, the service here was impeccaphotos hoots.
I highly recommend the Impossible Unadon. The eel is not too fishy. There is a good amount of eel, egg, and rice for you to enjoy your fill. I also recommend the Yakitori Platter. This is perfect for those who wants to try several skewers without spending too much.

This izakaya spot in Flushing is a great place for late-night eats and drinking with friends! They have some solid BOGO deals for drinks in the evening and a wide selection of food. Service here is nice and pretty quick. The interior is also very decorated and I love how they have different private booths with anime themes for you to dine in.
We got their spicy dumplings, takoyaki, yakitori platter, sashimi platter, and truffle fries. Everything was pretty good but the yakitori platter stood out the most. Their takoyaki was also pretty solid as they filled it with octopus. As we came late at night, they had a BOGO hot sake option, which we definitely took advantage of.

Nice Japanese restaurant with great ambience and decor. I had yellowtail carpaccio, 1/2 dozen raw oysters, and some nigiri (which are sold as individual pieces). It was all very good. The oysters were on the small side, but they were a happy hour special at the bar. Bartender was very nice, but she was pretty busy.
I liked the place a lot and will probably hit it again before I leave.

Love how they're open past 0100, which seems to be rare in a post-Covid world where nothing stays open late like it used too.

Really good service and a beautiful restaurant. The food is fantastic and the privacy for each booth is nice. I loved it and will definitely be back!

Guys if you wonder what's in the $35 'Nana Ramen' which features wagyu beef and lobster. Here they are. I ordered for pickup and was genuinely shocked when I opened: the portion size was so small with only half lobster tail (seriously?!), 4 slices of 'wagyu beef' (of which two were completely fat and unedible) with the sizes of stamps, half egg, 1 slice of seaweed, and some green scallion. I thought maybe they tasted exceptionally well which turned out to be very mediocre. Honestly I felt like being scammed. The restaurant has good vibes but the foods are lackluster. Don't waste your money here if you want some good food.
