Ordered delivery from Jamrock Jerk. I got the stewed oxtail with rice and peas, sweet plantain and salad. The oxtail fell right off the bone. The rice peas is topped with oxtail gravy without the side of attitude. The plantain gives the meal a sweet and savory vibe and the salad is just salad, but the lettuce is crisp. Ordered just the pork shoulder and added a side of chicken and the box was packed to the brim with meat. The pork was absolutely delicious! Definitely needs the sauce and they gave us plenty of packs of it. The chicken is also good but sometimes a little dried out so I’ll probably just continue to get the pork. We had it at home with veggies we wanted to use up and it was absolutely delicious. The ladies aren’t the warmest but I can’t imagine running that operation on that busy corner surrounded often by obnoxious concert goers is easy. I don’t need that from a food truck anyway as long as the food is good :)
Making this a weekly staple for an easy dinner. People complaining about the prices are nuts, a full meal at McDonald’s is just as much. Eat at home if you don’t want to spend money on quality food.

Food is good but not good enough to deal with the terrible customer service. Put my order online like they suggested only to be told after waiting 30 minutes that the order was never processed and I had to wait another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, plenty of people who came after me got their food. Sad to see because the food is decent but not good enough for this.

I'm a tourist, not a local, so I don't know if the portion is smaller like other reviews, but at least I think one portion is enough for one person.I ordered the chicken, which cost $17.51 a portion. It was a bit spicy, but with the sauce it tasted really enjoyable overall. I didn’t think any of the reviews said it was that bad, so I gave it five stars. Besides, I only stayed in New York for two weeks. There are so many people passing by on weekends!
