Probably the worst jersey mikes in the city. Unfortunately it is the only one near me so I’ve had the displeasure of having to use this location. Workers are clearly not properly trained and food is very inconsistent. This is also the only jersey mikes in the city that doesn’t offer the same promotions as other stores. CLEAN SHIP!!!! Too far gone. Give the store to an owner who actually cares.

The customer service was very disappointing. Most of the staff could benefit from retraining on how to greet customers and take orders professionally. Portion sizes also seem inconsistent I ordered two of the same sandwiches , and one was noticeably smaller than the other. There’s definitely room for improvement.

We told them to give us a philly chicken cheese steak with out pepperoni we don't eat pepperoni and pork is bad and we told them they had bad service 2 years ago they did not tell us if our food was done 2 years ago do not go here I'm an honest person

Both of the two sandwiches I got were so skimmpy on the the protein and squished flung together. I was like whoa they Are going downhill and then I checked my Uber eats order information and saw it was from this location. Makes sense now bc fresh meadows is so much better. Disappointed and dissatisfied in this location otherwise I love Jersey Mike's. Bad experience go to fresh meadows

WOW some of Jersey Mike’s CUSTOMERS need to go back to school for dealing with the food industry ! They are SO RUDE and think they are so powerful TALKING DOWN to the workers the way they do. A piece of advice for the CUSTOMERS, please be READY to place your order when you get to the cutting station…don’t give the employees a half a$$ed order and expect them to read YOUR MIND. Take the ear buds OUT of your ears, get OFF your phone, LEAVE YOUR SUPERIOR ATTITUDE OUT THE DOOR AND GIVE THEM YOUR FULL ATTENTION AND ONE LAST THING have your MONEY READY FOR WHEN YOU PAY!!
