Every single time I order online the food is never ready upon my arrival. I always allow over 30 minutes for one (1) sandwich. I suppose the UberEats deliveries are a priority. They are in and out, but when you order online via Jersey Mike’s app good luck. The employee gave me a blank stare and said “ I have to make it “ so now 39 minutes later …. I have to wait for my sandwich to be made… RIDICULOUS !!!!

My BF and I came in around 4:30 on Tuesday afternoon. We were greeted so nicely by Dashawn, he made us feel very welcome. I got a CBR add jalapeños and a roast beef sammy. BOTH were SO GOOD! Dashawn then checked on us and asked how everything was. He proceeded to greet every single person that walked through the door like this. Probably the best service I have ever received at a fast casual restaurant, this is my New Jersey Mikes. Keep it up, Dashawn and someone give this man a highly deserved raise.

WOW! What a phenomenal sandwich I had yesterday thanks to the young man behind the counter. The food and service at this location truly rivals that of some of the great delis in New York. I also hope that young man got some phenomenal brain when he got home from work that day.
Super special hint for a great sandwich: Just tell Mike to oil your sandwich down and bounce on it crazy style. He'll know I sent you.

First time ordering. Idk why all the 1 stars. I saw Uber eats has a promotion going (free turkey and provolone with purchase).
I got the supreme sub (sorry if incorrect name 😅).
Sandwiches tasted great, order was correct ingredients tasted fresh. Maybe because they were about to close or had extra but I received an extra turkey and provolone. Bless whoever made it lol 🙏💪

So thisnis one of those places that makes a smaller sandwich for those who uber. When I go I get a nice fresh sandwich. But when I uber it is more like a subway sandwich. McDonald's does the same with there French fries. I order 2 regular sandwiches and the both had like 2 piece of cheese and hardly and meat. Listen if your gonna make a sandwich be consistent. When at work I order I. Manhatten and get a nice healthy sandwich. Queens not so.much shame on you!

About 12:20 Sunday 5/25/25 Walk into jersey Mikes to get a Sandwich observe Hispanic Male talking over the Sandwiches gloves On with phone in his hand (germs) also touching shirt collar with gloves on (germs) Hands in his pockets with gloves on. This whole time I’m standing up watching him and he have no idea but what Made it worst what I saw was both of his fingers went into his ears with gloves on and I saw he continue to make a sandwich without changing the gloves. I brought it to his attention and told him this whole time standing here watching u making food and the stuff ur doing is totally unacceptable this is why people get sick from eating out. He respectfully responded by saying I am right. I would never eat there in my life even if they have free giveaways it’s sad people who is handling food should not work in these places

I don't know what's going on in this place but I ordered a couple sandwiches and it's as if a chimpanzee put them together. Literally half of the insides were all over the place. Unreal. It was like someone just tossed everything into a piece of paper and wrapped it up.
