I’ve never had Jersey Mikes before but after today I will continue to be a customer when I need a good sandwich. FYI I appreciated the service as a whole. Food was made well, the staff was organized, the meat was sliced fresh to order, the place was clean, the staff was friendly and at no point did I feel rushed. I ordered a regular Original Italian btw and it was definitely filling for one person.

I go to this Jersey Mike’s at least once a week. I’ve never had an issue. The staff is always nice, especially Darryl. It’s always clean and the food taste fresh. Darryl and the rest of the staff are always so friendly! My go to sandwiches are the ham and cheese or the Philly cheesesteak always giant

Management and staff at this store would benefit from additional training on proper food handling, hygiene protocols, and professional customer communication.
During my recent visit, I observed a staff member handling garbage and then immediately attempting to prepare my sandwich (#8 on rosemary bread) without changing gloves. I had to request that he change his gloves, which he eventually did. However, during this interaction, I noticed that the other two employees assembling sandwiches were laughing and exchanging looks, which felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

When I approached the register, I requested to speak with the manager. The employee Adrian at the register stated that he was the manager. I then asked for the names of the employees assembling the sandwiches, and he refused to provide them. When I asked to speak with the owner, he claimed—again with noticeable arrogance and attitude—that he was the owner of the store.

At that point, I asked for my receipt and left, disappointed by the entire experience.

Cleanliness, food safety, and respectful customer service are essential in any food establishment. Unfortunately, this visit fell short in all three areas. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that corrective action is taken to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for customers moving forward

Order multiple subs none included mustard which we asked for. Asked to have subs cut in 4 not cut at all. Chicken subs barely any meat and load with mayonnaise.

I don't understand restaurants these days. Jersey mikes employee sacrificed a long term customer who would spend thousands a year over a few dollars. I used grubhub and ordered a giant turkey and provolone. There was an $8 bonus included in grubhub. The restaurant must not have agreed with this and sent my giant turkey and provolone with half the portion size of turkey. I was basically chewing on bread. Awful

Ordered a number 64 and extra cheese,tomato and bacon-they forgot all my extra stuff but didn’t forget to charge me for it….got home to a sucky sandwich that I didn’t eat-What adds insult to injury I tipped them for the crappiest sandwich I paid extra for and didn’t eat

I love the food here! The team behind the counter are friendly & very efficient from ordering, to making it with all ur toppings, to purchasing it. Clean place, fresh food & I crave them every week! Love all the parking and accessibility. We joined their app for discounts & free sandwich rewards. Go for it!

Update 7/23/25 I had food poisoning the next day not sure if this sandwich caused it, but I am tracing back all the places I ate at. I went to emergency room and have stomach virus.

Just had a #13 Original Italian with extra meat, Mike's Way with pickles and banana peppers on rosemary Parmigian bread, and it was Absolutely Delicious 😋Best Sandwich, should have gotten 2...LOL

Came in today (7/12/25) with my daughter a few minutes after placing my pickup order. I knew it likely wouldn't be ready which was completely fine. Rude staff member said she’s very busy and they have many orders. Not a problem. Sat down and waited. No customers in the store by the way. Workers keep looking at me like I’m bothering them but I ignore it. My daughter (9 just for context) notices a different worker bagging an order with the same chips as our order. I simply go over to ask if that’s my order. Staff member says no. First rude staff member stops what she’s doing to yell at me saying she said she’ll let me know when it’s ready. I wait 10 more minutes until finally the worker who told me it wasn’t my order… realizes that was my order. His reply “oh my bad”.🤷🏽‍♀️ Unreal.
