Waited 8 minutes at order section with no one in front of me. 5 workers that did not attend to take my order, instead all doing tasks in groups of two such as cutting cheese and bread. It was empty inside with two people besides me waiting for an order which they placed 5 minutes before me. Incredibly slow and disrespectful service, or just lazy

Boy do these guys need help. I stop here once a week and they are always getting killed. To think that whoever the manager is of this location, let alone the regional manager would think to themselves, “Mhm, this location is in QUEENS New York and not only are we located in a busy shopping center but are in the epicenter of queens and we take Uber eats orders, we probably should have more people here”. Because on your Jersey Mike’s bag it says “of course served with a smile”. Dude these corporate jack offs are putting them in a position to frown every time they walk into the building.

Like this isn’t a branch in the middle of nowhere. It’s a busy area.

There’s 3 guys here lol they’re doing their best but they’re getting destroyed by the volume of orders, having Uber eats drivers constantly go up to them about orders while they have a line almost out the door.

Until whoever oversees this location, (not the direct manager, maybe the people that overseeing multiple locations) understands that this is a busier location than most. They’re not gonna uphold their brand.

These guys that work here will continue to get abused and overworked and the quality of the service will be bad. But again, it’s not these guys fault. They’re busting their asses.

I visited Jersey Mike’s on October 27 and genuinely enjoyed the food. However, my pickup order took an infuriating **45 minutes** to prepare—far longer than I expected for just two sandwiches with five employees on staff.

***To make matters worse, a tall worker with dreads, who I believe is the manager, addressed me in a loud and aggressive tone, claiming that my inquiries were annoying and that my voice was hurting his ears. This is utterly unacceptable, especially when it was his team causing the delay. I found this interaction not only disrespectful but also indicative of a serious lack of customer service. They desperately need to improve their speed and professionalism.***

I strongly suggest going to a different location or waiting for a staff overhaul.

This is my 2nd visit to Jersey Mike's and this location did not disappoint. They made my sandwich excellent just like the picture. That's the motto of Jersey Mike's you get your money's worth. I will buy from Jersey Mike's again and refer my friends and acquaintances.

I watched them mess my order up and ask me if it was okay that they messed up after the second time. I just wanted to leave and took it as is because everyone else behind me already left. Also if you ordered catering I saw them drop some of your boxes on the floor and put it back with rest of the 200 you ordered just so you know..

The team was really friendly. They seem really dedicated to making sure things went smoothly for everyone. There was a lady directing the team- who should be on register cutting the meat, checking the dining room. Assuming she’s the manager she was very attentive and kind even when I changed my order after realizing there was a kids menu. Finished off at the register, the guy who cut the meat also checked me out and was really kind. My dermatologist is in the area, I’ll be back for sure for future appointments or just to hang out as the area is great. Oh bathroom was also today, big plus. Thanks guys, my kiddo and I appreciate the experience.

They didn’t read my order properly. I substituted mayo with honey mustard and added some other ingredients but they simply ignored it. If you wanna eat Jersey Mike’s, try from locations like Forest Hills or Carle Place, but not here.

Always slow, sleepwalking employees. Foods good but when you wait 15 minutes in an empty place to get a sandwich, it’s silly. Might ac well drive to the other location 10 minutes away and get better service.

Don’t let the bad reviews fool you. Before coming here I didn’t hear great things about this Jersey Mikes location, and the reviews also gave me mixed feelings. I finally decided to go in and give the Fresh Meadows location a try. I came in and it was busy, there was a long line but I only waited like 7 minutes until it was my turn. The service is really fast. I ordered a #13 Original Italian on regular Rosemary parm bread, and it was the best Jersey Mikes sandwhich I’ve ever had. I asked for more oil and vinegar and they delivered! Amazing flavor, food, service, and atmosphere. They have a young team and they work hard and fast. They are also super kind. I’m so happy Flushing/Fresh Meadows area has a Jersey Mikes now. I will come spend my money here again.

Came here around the time they opened and loved the food. Staff was great, and moved quickly and were seemingly a great team. That being said, I went again now and was so disappointed. Staff was so uncoordinated, barely communicated. There was no mayo available for my sandwiches, over heard someone telling the patrons in line that it would be at least 10-15 min for a sandwich. Also got home to a sandwich I didn't order, was just overall a mess. Truly hope it doesn't decline due to bad hiring bc I loved this place. Will try again though.

I've been to this location 1x in person and several times ordered online. I finally give up with this place the order is almost always wrong on uber eats even thought you literally have options to customize the sandwich how you want. I even went ahead and called the location after I placed a re-order to tell him not to add something to my sandwich that was incorrectly added the first time and guess what... they still added the wrong item such a slap in the face and poor customer service.
